I've got a little of this stock left. After what they did to me on the r/s, I'd need a 30 bagger from tthem just to break even. I'll hold what I have and hope; but, I'm not getting in any deeper with them. GLTA who are buying.

Raven Moon's Founder Signs Deal with Former Disney Designer Skip Stewart as Women's Apparel Sales Reaches $101 Billion in 2005
08:31 EST Friday, Apr 07, 2006

ORLANDO, Fla. (Business Wire) -- "'Ms. Bzz Swim & Go' Flaw-Less Fashion Swimsuits Will Fix the Problem in the Lackluster Swimsuit World Currently Available for Women over 40"

Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB: RVMO) announced today that its Co-Founder Bernadette DiFrancesco has signed a long term agreement with fashion designer Skip Stewart. Skip Stewart who started his career at Walt Disney World where he worked as a costume specialist for 5 years under his mentor, Senior Designer and Edith Head Protege, Bill Campbell has joined the Flaw-Less Design team.

After leaving Disney Mr. Stewart opened his own fashion design firm and attracted big named clients like: Disney, Busch Entertainment, Ringling Bros. and Barnum and Bailey Circus, Magic Kingdom on Ice, and the Pan American Games. He was also was able to increase his clientele to include the Who's Who in the world of entertainment with clients like Celebrity Cruises, Dolly Parton, Paramount Pictures, Sea World, Busch Gardens, Operyland, the MGM Grand in Las Vegas and in 2002 did the Opening celebration of the 2002 Winter Olympic Games with Patti Labelle.

Skip was also hand picked by the president of Harrods Department Store in London, Mohammed Alfyed, to design the 150th Anniversary celebration of Harrods of Knightsbridge in London...since that time...Skip has designed for Mr. Alfyed on several occasions including their current Christmas show.

"Skip has been brought aboard to design swimwear for 'Ms. Bzz Swim & Go' by reason of his creative panache," stated Bernadette DiFrancesco. "Creating an illusion along with his flair for glamour has always been Skip Stewart's forte." "'Ms. Bzz Swim & Go' Flaw-Less Fashion Swimsuits will fix the problem in the lackluster swimsuit world currently available for women over 40," stated DiFrancesco.

"We plan to create a fashion line of swimsuits that will be manufactured to give women over 40 a flaw-less and more attractive look," said Bernadette Difrancesco. "Because a woman's body changes as she gets older, the Ms. Bzz Swim & Go patent-pending Flaw-less Design swimsuit is the answer for women over 40."

Mrs. DiFrancesco said that sales of women's apparel reached $101 billion in 2005 according to a news release issued by NPD Fashionworld, a division of NPD Group. "Baby Boomer women, which represent about 40 million women between the ages of 42 and 60 in the US, are the greatest market opportunity today," said Mrs. DiFrancesco. "Baby Boomers are the largest generational demographic in our country today and retailers are beginning to focus on their needs and wants, particularly for the female portion of the market. But female Baby Boomers are still under-served and I believe that there is tremendous potential for Flaw-less Designs. Our object for the brand is to concentrate all our energies on our target market - it will not be a sideline or brand extension for us."

According to 2004 Wow! Quick Facts Book published by the United States Census Bureau:

OK......what about all those R/S in their history ?

On the other hand ....They have an incredible product .The Gina D programs are about as clean , professional , creative & well produced as I have ever seen { of childrens programs }.

Also , they have already raised half the financing needed to complete the Gina D & the transister sisters movie . That could be a big hit { and put Raven moon on the map }.

Then ...there is also the increasing number of stations airing Gina D .

On top of that ....they have always stated they will be merchandising Gina D and related products once the show really takes off in popularity ,

And yes ...the price is at rock bottom ......So convince me they will not do another reverse split . Becouse that is what everyone is wondering , [Eek!]

sadly, this may run again...before burning a new crew who get convinced, this time it's different...

But why reward folks who consistently burn shareholders? too many other, better plays out there...

flipping for 1 put me even after that last RS, I can be satisfied with that.

I was wondering... Does anyone know if the $1M check was good? Or just another Joey haha PR? Maybe that will make an honest woman out of Gina D, if true.

This one can run without me, for sure.

That's a great guestion ......And if the check is good than I hope they do well with it ....They have a great product just no business sense with all those idiotic reverse splits . MAKE the statement " no more reverse splits" and finally they will gain serious investors for the long hall . Which should not be to long since they expect to have Gina D { the movie } complete in 2007 .

Call it Gina double D & the investor swindlers . [Eek!]

I'm just kidding ...They really do have a great product .Just knock it off with those idiotic reverse splits ....OK ? [Mad]

Make investor satisfaction your MAJOR GOAL raven moon . Do it ...Do it ...Just Do it ! ...... [Big Grin] [Big Grin] [Big Grin] [Big Grin] [Big Grin] [Big Grin]

Last Week for Shareholders to Exercise Raven Moon's below Market Priced Warrants
08:31 EST Monday, Apr 10, 2006

ORLANDO, Fla. (Business Wire) -- "This is a great way for shareholders to average down and acquire a larger position in the company, however when they're gone, they're gone."

Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB:RVMO) announced today that this is the last week to exercise the below-market warrants before they expire on April 18, 2006. Chairman and CEO Joey DiFrancesco thanked brokers who are helping their clients exercise their warrants in a timely fashion. "This is a great way for shareholders to average down and acquire a larger position in the company, however when they're gone, they're gone," stated DiFrancesco. "The company benefits by directly receiving the proceeds and the shareholders benefit by getting shares at a below-market price."

Important Instructions to Brokers:

If you have a physical warrant that was sent to you by DTCC, fill out the purchase page, sign with a medallion guarantee and send it with instructions to Raven Moon Entertainment, 2005 Tree Fork Lane, Suite 101, Longwood, FL 32750 no later than April 18, 2006. Indicate the number of warrants you would like to exercise at a 25% discount of the closing bid on the day you write your check and make it payable to Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc.

The terms of the warrant dividend are: shareholders of record as of February 10, 2006 shall receive 1 warrant for each share of common stock owned as of that date. The warrant allows the shareholder to exercise 75 shares of common restricted stock at a 25% discount of the closing bid price on the day your check is dated. The warrant expires on April 18, 2006. Common shares purchased as a result of exercising warrants will be restricted for one year.

I doubt it - they have issued 8 SB-2's since January 1, 2006 for 8.5 Billion shares. Read the threads on it, easy to figure out what is up with this company.

I hate to seem like a basher, but I just wanted to mention that this group is mildly famous for the ol' forward split - reverse split - forward split - reverse split game... i got burned in the past, lost a few hundred bucks...

not saying you shouldn't play it if you want, but my unsolicited advice... if you make some cash, take it and run. once the run is over, if it happens, forget this company ever existed. that was the advice i was given a few months back... i didn't follow it, and that's why i lost money on it...

monkeyman, grab a barrel of popcorn and do your dd before you decide. There's a ton of info here and elsewhere.

Will it run? Eventually, as long as newbies buy without doing dd.

If I could, I would give you my restricted warrants just to make them go away sooner. And yes, I knew better than to buy this POS and still got trapped.

"This is a great way for shareholders to average down and acquire a larger position in the company, however when they're gone, they're gone."

ROFLMAO - Define 'gone'.
