I don't know how anyone can be worried. MACD, RSI, CMF, Trend lines. Only +'s here get out if you want but I will have to come back with an "I Told You So"
I might get worried if this starts selling 100's of millions at .0002

Looking at the yearly chart this stock does seem to load up for its big run...and if history repeats itself along with the pending patent, then we have found a great buy in point here for the next run up.

This court previously issued an Order and Memorandum-Opinion on September 30, 2004, granting in part and denying in part PHBT's Motion for Summary Judgment. As stated in the September 30 Order, H20 brought suit against the Debtor for various causes of action, including fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, money lent, and civil theft in the Florida Circuit Court. PHBT was granted a default judgment against the Debtor in the amount of $839,619.50 for fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and money lent, and triple damages for civil theft totaling $57,000. In September 30 Order, this Court found that the doctrine of collateral estoppel precluded the Debtor from relitigating the issue of fraud before the bankruptcy court. The Court, however, refused at that time to determine the amount of the damages award attributable to fraud count that could be held nondischargeable.
So..... they feel cheated from these guys and want compensation. May have lied to get it? Hmmm, And how does this judgement, if true, affect the product, patent, company in your guys opinion?

Highly illiquid, 25% spread, traded only 23,000 shares since March 22nd. That said, will move on almost no volume if anyone ever takes notice. GLTU

my order went through to buy at .0002. oh oh, that worries me. plop plop fizz fizz.....hope relief comes soon. Feels like planned selling, a month and half of it. What's going on? I'm staying long because news of patent will come out sooner or later. MACD has not crossed, let's hope it stays that way.

Has anyone checked if that SOB Doxey raised the AS again? Where in the hell are all these shares coming from? Non-stop massive dilution for a month and a half, got to have the OS maxed. This POS will never move again like the good ole days
