Scottrade let me put in a sell order for 2000000 * .002 but not at .0021. Maybe that will help get the MM's off of 5. This looks like it is poised for a good run. imho

Damn I was on .0004 for awhile and didn't get filled now they're back to 0.0005. Damn MMs helping each other accumulate, sucks for me but that's always a good sign.

Just talked to Joe Doxey. He said that the patent should be approved very soon and that it will have a big positive impact on the company. He also ensured me that there was NO chance for a reverse split.
If anyone wants to talk to him, today would be a good day to, because he sounds like he's in a talkative mood, which I can't say applies most of the time.

Is it that they are raising capital in a way that is immune to a selloff in the short term?

03-29-2006 IFW TSS Processing by Tech Center Complete 03-29-2006 Case Docketed to Examiner in GAU
this means the case has been assigned to an examiner in a particular Unit, IFW TSS... means the application has been reviewed by the legal instruments examiner and all the papers have been entered into the Image File Wrapper for the examination. What comes next is the examination by the examiner and an Office Action.
Then.... THE PATENT APPROVAL!

As soon as PHBT receives a Mail Notice of Allowance, we are golden, and they can release the pr. This could take as long as 6 months for this to happen though. Hopefully sooner! This is really good news as I'm holding this long anyway. Be patient. This one will pay off huge IMO!!
These are the three things that are left to complete the patent process. -Mail Notice of Allowance -Notice of Allowance Data Verification Completed -Notice of Allowability
