Have you read this from their filings On June 14, 2005 we sold $700,000 of convertible debt in a private placement as part of an agreement to sell $2,000,000 of convertible debt which will be funded as certain milestones are met as described in Part II, item 2. On August 18 th and August 30 th , the remainder of the convertible debt was sold per the agreement.
Currently the number of authorized shares is insufficient based on the current conversion rates of the $2 million of convertible notes. The Company intends to seek shareholder approval for an increase in authorized common shares at an annual meeting tentatively planned to be held in early 2006 .

Gem, good info on GLIF. The good news is that they only have 150 million authorized right now, which is nothing compared to those 3-10 Billion autthorized companies out in pennyland. In comparison, another one I like, CLBE, has 200M a/s. Plus, we are talking today and the immediate future, not about sometime in the distant future.
