The only thing that will make this pop to .005 and higher, is the patent approval itself. I am long on this stock with 2 million free shares. Todays PR is fluff.

Real nice. Been in KSWJ since invester tipped me off on the RSHN thread. I bought in at .0009. Only sold half my position. I am long and strong on this stock with 2 million free shares left. I am waiting for pennies.

It used to be that there were 2 patent filing offices in the US. One is in the heart of Silicon Valley at Sunnyvale ,Ca. Wherer I lived for many years and the other one is in Washington, D.C. Unless it has changed.

I won't try to answer that. I wonder how much the demand is for this product in particular. Not being an oil exploration expert I can only guess that its at least as good as the next guys. Good for the environment. How it compares pulling out oil is above my knowledge.

I have to say that I was slightly disappointed with the PR on Friday in KSWJ. It states:

The word intending disappoints me. The CEO eluded that there was big news on the horizon. A patent like this could take a year or more to close now. I think this will go sideways for a while, barring any major news they put out. I think RSHN goes higher on the short term faster than KSWJ. I have cut my holdings in half. It is still a great stock, it is just going to take a little longer than previously though.

I'm not an attorney, but does the patent really have to be approved to be useful? I've seen the words "Patent Pending" on many products and services before. If they truly have something unique and they apply, that's all that counts (I believe)...if it's not unique than nothing matters, this stock would be worthless.

I agree with you, but stocks move off of good, and bad news. I felt that this particular PR was not in there favor. I think some investors might also see it this way. I don't want to hold the bag. I bought at .001, so have done well. I just wanted to take a little off the table. I think it ultimately goes higher though. I still have 15m long. RSHN has better short term prospects for me. Thanks.

i have not bought this stock yet i am taking a wait and see aproach,i have a tendancy to chase stocks and get burnt.i do like rshn and lfwk long term. my cwpc did well today.
