CYOS has been seeing some unusually high volume this week. Was taken down to a 20 Day low at .0125 today. 52 week low .0121. Could bounce. Last run it hit .022 in mid-Jan.

Saw it. Thought I saw the meeting was in late March to approve A/S increase.

Will, I understand it may very well run. I had this on my watch for a while...played for profit several times. I was also ready to jump in when I saw it hitting below .013. Then I saw the filing and I've been burned way to many times. Not worth it to me. Just trying to be helpful.... but..... again it could make a few people a bundle!

You're sitting chilly lil'. Strap yourself in for a little ride now. We may not go 0 to 60 in 10 seconds, but I can guarantee some bumps and hairpin turns. I might be wrong, but I don't think there's a lot of downside here, and it's nice to be aboard BEFORE they run.

OK. I promised you an example of when bad news isn't REALLY bad.
I have been developing a cumbersome system for the last year and half. Somewhere, sometime, someone, wrote "vloume before price". I thought it was just another one of those, "buy low, sell high", nonsensical blah blah blahs. Well, I started watching volume and how it related to PPS, and began noticing patterns. Anyway, that being a set up for the example I am going to cite, and how I came to notice it.
Doing my routine anal analysis after market close on 2/15, I noticed a stock with unusually higher than average volume. The symbol is SCRH. It traded 2.27M, which was 3 X 5 Day Avg. Vol. 3.2 X 20 Day & 5 X 50 Day. That qualifies it as one to watch. So, like many of you I began to do some DD and check out filings. The O/S was 74M with an S8 for another 2M, making it a total O/S of 76M, ( not bad). Next filing was an 8K, but I couldn't link to it from pinksheets, so I had to go to Edgar Co. Search., and there it was, the BAD NEWS !
Here is the meat of it :
"On February 7, 2006, the District Attorney for New York County ("DA") announced the indictment and arrest of Richard K. Goldring, our president, chief executive and financial officer, and principal shareholder. The indictment charges Mr. Goldring, two other individuals and five corporations associated with the Scores East (f/k/a Scores Showroom) nightclub located at 333 East 60th Street, New York, NY with falsifying tax returns and other business records."
Pretty damaging news, so I scratched it as a posibile play, but decided to put it in my data base as lark just to watch. On 2/16, it opened at .008, and dropped to .0075. I thought that was the beginning of the end for it, but it recovered to .0085, and bounced betwwen .008 and .01, for a few days. Today it closed at .012.
By all rights this thing should be in the toilet trading at .0001, not .012. Understand the maximum anyone could have gained is the difference from .0075 to .012, (60%). That would not set anyone up for retirement. That isn't the point or moral of the story. The point is, that these pennies are so heavily manipulated that GOOD news can send 'em down, and BAD news can send 'em up. We have all seen news drive PPS one way or the other, but now we have seen the control of the powers that be when they want to run the least deserving pos stock in their inventory.
So yes, I did see the PRE 14A CYOS filed, and (emotinally),logically it concerned me. However, when you look at the logic of the numbers, Volume variances, Price variances. it says, PRE 14A, SO WHAT! WE GONNA RUN IT ANYWAY!

sidenote: will doesn't need any help, but also this--what's in a Pre 14 doesn't always come to pass, either... no one should take that as it's ok to disregard Written Intent to (increase A/S, perform r/s, whatever)... Basically, just cuz they say it, doesn't mean they'll do it--good or bad

increase Volume most of the time will bring PPS increase... MOst of the play I post come on my screener the night before, check them out.. I screen every night for abnormal volume and over 20 DAV volume with a bullish candle and set those up on my wacth list..,
I can open 10 level 2 windows and monitor then and depending how they start or not I eliminated some... I always find at least one that will bring 20-30%... on a $1k is a nice change....

binnocent, please don't get me wrong, in no way was i trying to be arguementive. Heck, I have posted things to correct other posters, and/or to alert readers myself. I am a proponent of someone enlightening folks to something they might have overlooked. We need to see the good and the bad. I did not take your post personally nor was I insulted. I am becoming convinced more and more every day when I see the positive results of what the numbers say and do when they fit the model, that even the worse news doesn't frighten me anymore. I cannot tell you how many times I have sat here and said "shoulda, woulda, coulda", all because I applied sober sane thinking to a situation and ignored the most logical logic there is : "the power of numbers".

90% of the time it will happen... However, most of the time the MM's will move some of those before the bad news take place... just have to play it smart...
R/S they sell it to you high, knowing one the R/S hit people will dump them on their first chance they get ussualy hundreds of % lower.....

Not saying it will do it in 2 days but, on the run up. As you can see....when it decides to trend up, it takes some breathers along the way but, it gets there.

Well lil's I'm glad you're here. I couldn't read a chart if it was tatooed on Angelina Jolie's and Natalie Portman's asses, ( and that's a real double bottom) !
