Any interest left in this merger ? BDWH is up big today - 87.5%, surprising as it will r/s split . TWOG is up slightly to almost a penny. According to the pr's the merger should occur this month with TWOG shareholders getting .08 per share .

Correction. BDWH is only up 12.5% at .0009! I'm still in. Supposedly they're going to merge and become International Energy Ltd., and then trade on a higher exchange. Should be very interesting.

The float is very low, so the bid/ask spread is usually pretty wide. That's what I like about this one. Back to .0013.

I have BDWH +87.50%.

BDWH is supoused to do a R/S 100 to 1.

TWOG shares would be paid at 0.085 (9 times present value?) Well at least in paper. The first offer by BDWH at 0.03 per TWOG was rejected because it was too low.

The merge is planned before the end of the month.

Any idea why is TWOG still at 0.0009?

Once International Energy is created, should be even higher.

My opinion is that investors are not comfortable with the PR. and they are going to wait to see and jump in at the last minute, if there is a chance to do so. I think they have to file with the SEC. 5 days prior to the merger. Does anyone know if I am correct on this?

Plans to trade International Energy in a "higher exchange" (AMEX, NASDAQ?), and overseas.

Well, 1 week to know.

I don't think management would have accepted restricted shares as payment. But time will tell.

In the meanwhile they can do an IPO and trade it on "higher" markets.

No idea, but definitely above 0.085 for Interational Energy, difference will be BDWH's profit.

Why do most of the BDWH's trades come in doubles? Has anybody figured that out yet?

12:01:22 .0013 1,000,000
12:01:24 .0011 1,000,000
14:03:08 .0015 66,600
14:03:08 .0011 66,600
14:13:32 .0010 65,700
14:13:32 .0013 65,700
etc...etc...etc.

I found this old PR.

Worth reading while we are in the waiting room, and becuase we were on page 3.

May be the reason for the merger with TWOG, to get all that oil out.

Estimated bed depth of hydrocarbons on the 54,093 square kilometer property is 350 - 520 meters below the surface.

Production will be increased from present levels to a projected 1,000,000 barrels per month and further exploration will take place to delineate total unproven reserves. All production at the present time is exported to China.

I don't think people are necesarily worried about restricted shares although anything is possible. I think it is a wait and watch, no one ever knows for sure about PR.'s in general and this one leaves some questions in my mind. But I did buy it and waiting to see. We might jump for joy or cry some tears, either way it should not be much longer.

Hopefully nothing it looks good to me, but we are in penny land and I never count my pennies till they are in my piggy bank. That .085 or greater number is a question to me, you think that a share value would have been put in. It appears the amount of shares we get for TWOG is contingent on something, either O/S shares or the price of the stocks at time of merger or the new set price, just a guess.

Still waiting.

There's a PR very specific regarding dates. If they made it, is because they feel confident about them.

If they don't finish, at least I expect another PR with the new status. We should get something Monday or Tuesday.

-------------------------------------------------

I am running away from TWOG as fast as my broker can execute the deal. I think its a scam just like MLON. I cant find a web site for either BDWH or TWOG. The only good thing is that TWOG isnt diluted like BDWH is.

dmort,

I thought on one of your other posts you said you were going to wait until after the R/S- merger to buy in, I guess you changed your mind.
It can always be a scam, but why not keep 2 scams working separately than one scam. There might be a good reason for it who knows. It's always a risk with the Pennies. So far I have not seen any ties to MLON on this one, but there are 5 or more stocks that are. The closer we get the more the questions, I think that is why investors have not jumped in, but it appears not many have got out of TWOG by the amount of volume. Good luck on your other investments.

I took profits from IDWD and put them in TWOG, I should have done better dd. But no harm I should get out what I paid in. TWOG really did look attractive as did BDWH. You simply cant be in the oil business without capital neither of these stocks have any.

I saw in a pr that MLON gave PAIM 500m shares for a 44% share of a silver mine that PAIM had. I suspect this merger if it happens will be the same type of paper shuffle. That doesnt mean that someone wont make money.

Too many other good plays out there to take this risk. Like USXP, EPYH or RSHN.
