Stockster has not given any links to support their theory. And unless INFO rise up to $3, I still see them getting delisted. NAS requirements is not "$1". It's slightly higher than that. And even IF i'm wrong, it's unlikely this stock can stay above $1 for 52 weeks. Also, there's no news out that support this claim.

Well it doesn't matter for me. In at .69 out * .97, 30% gain is all that matters

Lisbon- Today the shareholders of Portugal Telecom they had approved a hostile takeover bid to
Metro One Telecommunications Inc .
Portugal Telecom, will notifie friday the Portuguese National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) that it was willing to waive the condition of a 75% minimum acceptance level to which its public offer for the acquisition of Metro One Telecommunications Inc shares was subject, taking into consideration that the response received will be sufficient to develop the business project pursued through the takeover bid.
Portugal Telecom will launch a takeover bid for
Metro One Telecommunications Inc
with the payment of $1.7 USD for each of the that responded to the tender offer, this initial offer could reach the limit of price of $2.15 USD for each share of the company.

According to news just released today, INFO does not need to maintain the $1.00 closing
PORTLAND, Ore., Feb 21, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Metro One Telecommunications, Inc. (INFO, Trade), a developer and provider of Enhanced Directory Assistance(R) and other enhanced telecom services, today announced that it received notification from the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Panel that its common stock will begin trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market effective at the opening of business on Wednesday, February 22, 2006. The Company believes it meets all the criteria for listing on the NASDAQ Capital Market; however, its listing on the NASDAQ Capital Market is contingent upon the successful completion of an application and review process, in which Metro One must evidence compliance with all the requirements for continued listing on the NASDAQ Capital Market except the $1.00 minimum closing bid price requirements.

I like it, i am just happy to say that even barcharts indicates this one as a buy all the way across the board, the resistance they stated is at 1.27, Just lettin you know, but that makes me happy because practicly every stock I have ever purchased they have said to sell, we will see what happens today, good luck to evryone in this thing
