Was informed they are in the process of acquiring another business. Not sure if its true or not. Low volume makes it move.

Anyone have info on it?

I called the issuer's phone number on the SEC documents. The man I spoke with had an IMTR officer call me back and told me about it.

Here are some current numbers to do further digging:

IMTR: 1-954-977-5902

next huge resistance is 0.0080, if we get a gap tuesday add some volume around 10-15m, i think we can see 0.01 next week. With o/s 184m, all is possible.
