Well there has been lot's of talk that IMTR was changing busineSS directions, with news to come. And it lOOks as if there are going to be a profesionial corporate branding firm. If you go to there site http://www.intelligentmotorcars.com it then directs you to there new site http://www.completeidentity.com/ which list Michael Magolnick, President/CEO previous CEO of IMTR. So there is some connection there. FYI the new company already has a ticker and is trading. the ticker is : CIDY and it is priced at $1.37. So not sure what is going on or what there plans are. Maybe IMTR will merge into the new company, or maybe they bring complete identity into IMTR and bring the value attached to in in also. So that is just something to lOOk at and posibly a peice to the puZZle. The CEO name is John Wallace and may be an attorney, but I cannot confirm this. No return call as of today.

weLL the MM's have played and held this down. Stock has bEEn holding this area weLL. I wiLL say that there is someone that has bEEn buying nice chunks on the bid threw NITE. As NITE has bEEn the only MM that has a large bid size and satys on if some blocks hit.
MM's are toying with this now as they droped 3 MM's oFF the bid with 9k shares traded. So lOOks like someone is wanting share down her before a move up. Like the way it is holding thus far

Nice trend reversal if it holds up Friday. UBSS was most likely an ameritrade investor moving his bid up and then cancelling. Over a period of time it looks like someone playing around, but most likely no one able to get filled.

Guys is a pretty nice breakout!!! I bought this on friday based on volume increase and the indicators i have in my chart!
The MACD has just crossed which is a good indication that the stock will start its incline upwards.
The Full Sto is also another a strong indicator that i use. It is also some what like and MACD but it is much more detailed in upward and downward trends. It will be usually the first to cross on an upward trent!
The bollinger bands are wide open which is another strong indication that this will make newer highs and higher lows....
I love the chart and the candle printed on friday! Im sure there are many charts guys out there that have come across this chart and have seen what i see in the chart.
I have a pretty good feeling this may gap up and then set new highs.. The candle i see and the pattern it has made is kinda making we think this will be a strong stock for the next couple of days!
Just do your own DD and make sure you don't miss the boat! Good luck to all

Yes, I too have been keeping an eye on the chart and LVL II. For the past two weeks, it appears to have been under steady accumulation, with low volume days.
I love the 50 DMA support and have seen it become bullish. A good 50 million day would more then double this stock.
Would like to see it blast through the 200DMA before building on a new support level.

my reading on the chart is that it needs more volume and tomorrow will make or break this stock because the indicators are pretty close to reverse here. If there isn't a break of .0045 tomorrow but closes .0043 .0042 area then wednesday will be D day! But my indicators are close for a reversal. I am using TRIX for an indicator that she has a few more days to break .0045.. But as i said before tomorrow will be D day to forecast what will happen on Wednesday and thursday. JMHO Good Luck guys

Guys the break was a very good accomplishment and if you haven't notice the volume has been increasing day after day :-)
Indicators are very strong and when i said that today was D Day was i right or what! Today set the bar for the next couple days..
I see with this volume and past candle patterns i see a break of .005 tomorrow and close around .0055 or higher depends on volume!
I do agree with all you guys that this chart is primed and very ripe for a large run.. .006 area will be resistance once .005 breaks!

This chart is starting to look similar to USXP's chart before the big run. I know we need a lot of volume to have those kinds of gains, but with the right volume .02 is not unlikely.

Hard to get a read on it right now. Looks like they walked it down on nothing. (less then 500,000 shares)Most likely to see if anyone will give up and sell what they have.
We have seen this several times in the past two weeks. Always seems to have a large spread between the bid/ask when they do it.

I am disappointed that we were able to gap with such high volume in the first hour and then nothing all day long.
Right now its sitting between the 50 and 200 DMA.
One concern I have is the number of shares ETRD was selling today. I called the TA today and nothing has come through since Nov 05! So not sure what to think about it.
One positive is NITE always moves once someon starts knocking. This would leave only one MM in the 4's come Thursday if someone bids up 4. That is a very similar situation that took place a week ago. Almost like a very controlled, steady upward movement, and assurance no sellers are left as time goes by.
Hell it may just jump through the roof at this point or drop. I just don't know.

Sorry guys i am strapped for time but i will post my thoughts on a detailed chart later tonight...
I am shocked with today.In the first 1 hour of trading we had almost 4mill and just around 3mill was printed at .0049. I have no idea who was loading the boat and who was unloading at .0049 because they had more then 3mill shares. The volume was extremely positive today for the first 2 hours and then bam it all died off and the wackers stepped in!
I have a feeling someone or a bunch of big wigs are loading up on this for a huge run!
I have a pretty good feeling tomorrow will be much slower then today.JMHO
I will post my DD on the chart later i am swamped now!

After looking over the charts again and digging around in the dirt, I agree with UNCLE. This stock is being accumulated by someone with an attempt to keep as many weak hands out.
I may be just overlooking something that suggest otherwise. However the drop yesterday was similar to one about two weeks ago before the "next price lvl".
However we are looking at another white candle stick today and a possible EOD above the 200 DMA, which has not happen as of today.
We will see what happens.

I have heard the same story as uncle. As of now i beleive we are done or about done with that order if it is still even on the table. Either way like most know, 8.5miLLion shares on the OTC is nothing. Chart is stiLL in gOOD shape. I am liking how the bid has gradually goTTen stronger and stronger each day. The move is takeing a lil longer then i anticipated. But the stock has a beTTer fondation then it has. Volume has been increasing we have done about 12miLLion shares in the last 3 days so aLL in aLL i am comfortable. StiLL would like to get some info from the company concerning aLL these rumors of new biZZ coming in or new biZZ model.

Since 3 days, we have a gap at the open. Someone load the truck or short seller rebuy his shares. If you look last trade today, all buyer. Repair shops overwhelmed by hurricane-damaged vehicles from Wilma

It took four hours to remove the large tree that fell onto Cheri Asher's silver RAV4 Toyota when Hurricane Wilma plowed through South Florida.
But it took almost three months to have the damages repaired - replacing most of the windows, front lights and the hood - after the insurance company processed her claim, issued a $6,300 check and the auto body shop began the work.
" I drive for a living," said Asher, a Pompano Beach real estate appraiser, whose insurance policy only covered a 30-day car rental while her Toyota was being fixed. Although she appealed, and got a two-week extension on the policy, Asher spent more than $1,200 on her rental before work on her SUV was completed Jan. 20.
Wilma's winds damaged thousands of vehicles in South Florida and many consumers are still waiting to have their cars repaired.
About 225,000 auto claims were filed in Florida after the hurricane last year, according to Property Claim Services, a unit of Insurance Services Office Inc., a private corporation whose clients are insurance companies.
That's up from the 180,000 vehicle claims filed in Florida in 2004 for damages caused by Hurricanes Charley, Frances, Ivan and Jeanne, according to a report by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation.
South Florida auto body shops are reporting weeks- and months-long waits for repairs. Insurance-covered rental car contracts - in most cases limited to 30 days - have expired for many South Florida motorists.
" We know there's an incredible backlog, but not because the insurance industry is dragging their feet," said Sam Miller, executive vice president of the Florida Insurance Council, a trade group that represents insurance companies. " [It's] because repair shops are overwhelmed."
The backlogs have forced many consumers to reach into their pockets to cover rental-car costs that extend beyond the standard 30-day insurance policy.
Consumer advocates said consumers have few options: wait your turn, drive the damaged car (if possible) until your number comes up or find a repair shop outside the area.
" There's no answer as to why this happened. Some [of the problem] has been caused by the insurance companies, but also by the lack of workforce," said Larry Kaplan, assistant director of Broward County Consumer Affairs Division. " This is abnormal but we are a huge community and our auto body shops can't handle the volume of work."
Florida Department of Financial Services records show Florida consumers filed 330 complaints in 2004 and 2005 against insurance companies relating to auto repairs issues, including delays in issuing reimbursement checks for repairs. Fifty-eight complaints were filed in Broward County last year; Palm Beach County vehicle owners filed 23 complaints.
Although it's common for consumers to experience delays in insurance claims after a natural disaster like a hurricane, insurers have 14 days to acknowledge a claim once an adjuster has completed an estimate, under a new state law.
" If you have not seen an adjuster after a couple of weeks of filling your claim, you need to call us," said Tami Torres, a spokesperson for the Florida Department of Financial Services (1-800-227-8676)Ö. " We will mediate on your behalf."
Asher, 53, blames Allstate Insurance for the three-month delay on her car's repairs. The adjuster did not call and authorize the repair shop to begin work as he promised, she said. And the repair shop would not start work without a written statement from the insurance company.
But Allstate officials have denied any wrongdoing. Ryan Priest, a spokesman for Allstate, said once the insurer has chosen a repair shop and the check is issued to the insurer, the vehicle's owner is responsible for what happens after that.
" After a catastrophe of this size there's going to be a challenge to have enough people to handle the auto repairs," said Priest. " It usually takes longer for an auto claim to be processed."
Priest said insurance companies have tried to process claims quickly. But the scope of Wilma's damage, mail delays and in adequate manpower in the car-repair industries have contributed to the backlogs.
Robert Hunter, director of insurance for the Consumer Federation of America, said typical insurance claims should not take more than 30 days to be processed, but after a hurricane like Wilma delays up to 60 days are not unreasonable.
No one tracks the speed of repairs at the region's repair shops, but an informal Sun-Sentinel survey found waiting lists are common at many auto body shops throughout South Florida.
" We are a busy shop anyway, but we've been swamped," said Mike ÖTrosch, co-owner of Sunshine Auto Center at Pompano Beach in Broward County. " We have a waiting list until July."
Celeste Tate, manager of Boca Raton Auto Service in Delray Beach, said the shop is not taking any new customers until June.
" Some insurance companies are taking longer to process claims, and especially, if an adjuster needs to look at additional damages," Tate said.
Mark Hirt, 33, is still trying to find a shop to repair his car, which was damaged when hurricane winds knocked a basketball pole into his Infinity.
His regular car-repair shop has been too busy to fix his car and other operations he has called have also said they are too busy to do the repairs.
" All of them said they were not taking new customers," said Hirt, a computer consultant currently working in Doral.
Because Hirt's car had no engine damage, he has decided to wait until the current overcrowding at auto body shops dwindles.
Insurance officials said other motorists may do well to follow Hirt's lead, if they can.
" We are encouraging our customers to be judicious as possible before getting a car rental," Priest said.

If its true about this 8 million wholsale order, enough shares have trade last week for that to be done.
This is clearly a speculation play. No one knows what the new business plan will be or is since the CEO is tight lipped.
However, an 8 million wholesale order may be an indicator an acquisition deal has been reached.
Purely speculation, but given the bullishness, the chart and the order...thats the way its looking to me.

As I said before, even though NITE is on the bid, he almost always moves off once bids starting coming in at that lvl.
Today will be a good day to determine the direction of this stock given LVL II's current bid.

I have a basic Ameritrade acct. SO I am almost certain I am not seeing the info you guys are, not that I would totally understand it anyway. Are you guys subscribed to something or are you using some alternate site to provide you with this info? I know Ameritrade allows me to subscribe to another service and it will allow me to view a bunch more current info on what the stock is doing. Those small .40 trades are MM games to try and move the price.
I would like to know more about the 8.5 million you and Uncle B spoke of. Whom or what board did you hear of this? I cannot find a filing that mentions it, but I believe it to be true.
This makes me think the price is just being supported until that order is complete. The other possible cause would be an attempt to cover short positions. As you know BB shorting could only be done via offshores or special funds, but not through a standard broker. This makes me lean towards my first idea of support.

I would agree 100% and most of the upward resistance is gone, until you get into the 200 DMA. This means any REAL volume days (20 mill) will certainly have a major effect on the PPS.
However, ETRD seems to come in upon heavy trade volume. So its very curious.

There they go trying to pound it down again. They must not get it. they kEEp trying to get it to that .003 again. I am not seLLing my load of shares tiLL we start sEEingthe .006 area then i wiLL give it some thought. Other then that no dice.
Such games they play on the this 5k share trade drop s the bid then they do the piDDly 100 share buy and drop the bid more. What a joke.

i reaLLy would like to know who has the agenda for this stock and what it is. We get the bid getting hit with nothing type trades then along comes the 100 share trade on the ask. Just ridiculous. I mean this is reaLLy counter productive for everyone, whom ever is trying to puLL the price down and for those that are lOOking for it to go up. So at this point it is at a stallmate. As i am not dumping my shares so how many times must it come down to .003 bfore the picture is clear.

Most likely chart control. Trying to keep it looking bad. If it runs a 100% that is .008 off the ask, so why sell at .006? A 200% day would be .016, which is not unheard of with penny stocks, even though they come crashing back to earth a week later.
Still think this board is being watched.
What are you hearing? I know you and Uncle had some kind of undisclosed source.

I was thinking chart control but i reaLLY think it is more so share aCcumulation, here is why they take the bid down and get shares leave the ask high so there is a big spread and no buyers to move it then trade the lil 100 shares on the ask to kEEp the chart lOOking decent but L2 is another story. So not reaLLY sure they trying to make it lOOk bad. Possible the board is being watched, with that being said it should be known that many times there have been atempts to get the stock down to .003 and it get there and goes right back up. I hold a prety ice size chunk of stock and there will be no seLLing on these liTTle BS shakes that have bEEn going on for a couple wEEks. At this point just let it go as these share are not coming lOOse tiLL higher ground is acheived.
As for word on the strEEt i have not heard any new news. Ahve not sEEn my bud uncle in a while either.

Might want to radar this again. Now sitting at 200DMA after this recent quiet period. Looks like MACD crossing again. Since it never broke 3's it might be the time for a new price level all together. A 200% run puts this well above .015, I like to see it make a 400% run, but hey thats wishful thinking!

475k bought on the ask did not uptick it but a 100 share buy on the ask does uptick it. What part of the game is that LOL. Very fuNNy. I wiLL say this that once the games are over and whom ever is trying to load up get aLL the share hey want this thing is going to run like a juiced up wild animal

Any further words on IMTR from your "source" ? We have seen two straight weeks of very low volume with a range of bottom to high 3's.
The chart is showing another move up, but it may just be from day trading.
Cahrt is trying to shape backup. Needs some confimration butthe chart is lOOking like it can do something. Volume is the key

I don't know what to think of it. Still got a million shares at about the price of today's close. Not a big deal in terms of $$, but would like a nice 300% run. CEO mentioned new business plan or plans to acquire. Been a little while since he and I spoke on the phone. Total O/S has not really changed since I last posted it here.
Must be a "quite period" or some BS like that.
Need some of those punk pumpers in here. A 50 million day would result in a nice 200% gain.
Not many holders left so its just you and I to make the $$.
Uncle Bill showed up around Pump time. Makes me go Hmmm. What have your heard on the streets?

Needs some serious volume. Can't believe the money flowing into these penny oil companies. Most aren't even making a dime or pumping oil .
