I can't find anywhere that they have exercised it.
A couple questions:
1. How does a company with very little revenue get this type of money?
2. Why haven't they exercised any of it yet?
3. Why have they gone completely quiet since then?
Is this all a small part in the larger scheme of things.
Vanura Uranium Inc(DVFN) but there are no other filings, news or anything else. Is it possible that Vanura will buyout DVFN who already has the financing in place and begin Uranium business?

Yes. It also says. "following notice to the investor". This is the put notice filing which we haven't received yet. 5 days after notice equity will come in.

Vanura Uranium could be the new establishment. Corporate Paperwork takes time. Everthing has to be done carefully. Whatever it is expect a future value.

Here's the last paragraph that is very interesting.
"On September 30, 2005, the Company entered into an Investment Agreement with Sigma Energy and Exploration, whereby the Company invested $40,000.00 in an interest in Shannon GG Lease Wells 2 & 3. Pursuant to this Agreement, after certain exploration activities, Sigma will assign the Company an undivided 5.3333/32nds (11.359% net) interest in the wells, which includes a 68% net revenue interest in the property. No assignments will be given for dry holes. Further, Sigma will produce each well for $750.00 per month for twelve months. This investment and the sale of the Company's properties over the last two quarters reflects the Company's revised business plan, which includes moving from a real estate holding company to oil and gas investments."

You must not know how to read charts my friend. If you knew anything about AMVS you would know the avg price for a while was around .07. They then did a F/S which doubled the shares each shareholder had and then dropped the price to around .002 where I then even loaded even more shares. You can't see it on the chart now because of the symbol change.

By the way on the subject of AMVS/DKGR. I wonder what makes it such a good stock?
Could it be that they now have: No Management team in place Or that they have no equipment and Have yet to acquire any property.

View the posts and you'll see sprintpcs bashing the S*** out of JKRI! he did the same for PMED! PMED went up huge! He did the same on DVFN on thursday the day before the big run up! look what happened! Now he will be here over the weekend bashing away !! Were going to go up big next week!

Matto this stock has run well over the past few days and will likely continue this trend as more people come on board increasing buying pressure and pushing the price up. however this post by you seems to me to be misleading, ( unintensionaly i am sure ) you are a respected poster here and many are folowing your lead and I am certain you at least have actualy read the last 10Q wich clearly states this company has already sold there realestate holdings to satisfy debt. and as you must also know the deal for the gold mine in mexico fell apart because they failed to make the agreed upon payments. the company states they will be shifting their focus to the oil and gas sector ( why am i not suprised with oil at 60$+ a barrel ) wich is risky and costly to enter. ( over the last year many pinks have shifted thier focus to oil and gas )( in 04 it was homeland security and biotech ) from my post on page 1 of this thread --------read the last 10Q carefully before investing in this!. see it at pink sheets.com look at the leagle procedings, and the lack of revenue, look at the failed attempt to buy into the gold mine and the sale of most if not all of their realestate holdings, small though they were. may be getting ready to dump massive shares on the market. with no income from continueing operations in 05, 10 billion shares authorized, multiple R/S`s over the last three years, latest was 1 for 2000 in 08/05, former directors were penalized by the SEC for stock manipulation and barred from directing any publicly held companies according to the 10Q. think long and hard before jumping in. just my opinion though. do some DD and decide for yourself. good luck!.------------ not trying to bash here but facts are facts. their buisness description may say one thing but they are clearly doing something else, what that is no one knows. wild speculation about uranium is just silly. do they ( posters ) have any idea what is involved with that kind of operation, the costs are enormous. permitting and regulatory procedures, enviromental impact studies, industrial health and safety issues! it would take years and hundreds of millions of dollars!. they may have a chance here but lets be real!. this stock could move well next week and if it breaks a dollar i will be amazed and thrilled for all who make bank, and if the bottom falls out before that i wont be suprised. you have done well to add the occasional disclaimer ( dont by on my opinion, make your own decision ) and i respect you for that. all i have to say is, whoa big fella, to the moon? i dont think so. Hi madmoney, I am very happy I have put a damper on your (MM's) plans no we refuse o give you your shares not even at 1.00. I do have a few questions for you.
1. Why is it you have an intrest in this stock starting on page 12 and not page 1? You have lost alot of money.

note to newbies: never dare to post ANYTHING that EVEN HINTS at being negative on a stock thats in the middle of a run or you will be called a basher or other pathetic nonsense such as that posted by the mighty Matto!. this stock will likely continue to run as i said, because of hype, the low float due to the last R/S and nothing more. bottom line is the company is worthless plain and simple, don`t mean you cant make money on it! beware of b*llshiit thats all. you know i posted on GRYF when it ran, did massive DD, every varifiable fact i posted was true and it was halted by the SEC, I was called a basher right to the end and people lost a fortune. i hope you all make money on this, i sincerly do. just dont convince yourself you are buying a silk purse because this is definately a sows ear. thats all I got!. good luck!
