No way a Chart can tell you a PR is coming. lol Lets be serious. Much like WHLI the company will come out with news let it run then dilute it.

but, through buy share counts and "dillutional division" you can aproximate the bottom of a stock. Therefore increaseing your chances of it going up. I.E. supply and demand.
To further that, A company knows it is dilluting and normally isnt stupid enough to dillute into the news. All news is withheld until dillution completed when possible, then a well timed pr will drive up price. Once dillutional shares have churned into the market price, good news will cause a rise and bad news will cause a drop.

- PMED Chart scream to break out $.10. - PMED will hit AT LEAST $.10 with or without any pumpers or dumpers. - WHEN? At first I saw it within a week but that will depend of tuesday gapping... (I have a theory but I am sure no one care about it)
- Bulletin Board (opinion or comment) doesn't affect the pps OF ANY STOCK. - WHY? THOSES WHO TAKE POSITION IN STOCK AND MAKE THEM MOVE DOESN'T READ BB. THEY ARE BASING THEIRS DECISIONS ON FUNDAMENTAL AND SOMETIME ON CHART... - Institutional MAY have enter in this stock last week - if you look at the traded pattern - after close market.( This is normally a very good sign) - I have been here for ALMOST three years NOW. I saw alot of pumpers and dumpers coming in and out and I survive...

After three years posting here from time to time info on stock, it is about time I move on. Allstocks almost look like Raging Bull now...I use to love this site but now...Anayway I won't post anymore and this is fine with me and you know what this is not going to affect pps of any stock... I will keep my chart evaluation for me...

How much lower do you think it will drop stocks1984? I'd prefer to get out about now (breakeven for me) and buy later if you think its going to bottom out before it spikes again.

its too hard to say but i jmho, remember just my opinion, it looks like .019 is the low base today, but it could drop down to .016 this week or next before another leg up.
