Dunedin Florida, January 16, 2006) To all shareholders of Superwipe Inc, Summit National and Comtech , tomorrow, Tuesday we will launch a new company called Only You Inc with the new trading symbol "O N Y Y" which will take effect on January 17, 2006.
We will soon offer a level 2 free of charge to all of our shareholders. In order to prevent the unmanageable mess that came with the previous company (management 1999-2002 CCGI,SMNC,SPWP) we took the time to look at the new company very carefully and we cleaned it up to the best of our knowledge.
To give a fair value to this new stock, we have reversed it 1 by 30 and the new float will be on Tuesday January 17, 2006 a total of 516,839 shares, the reverse split involve everyone "says Mario Quenneville president and CEO".
The new website will be http://www.onlyyou.cc and should be fully operational by January 26, 2006. Other websites are also in progress.
Many new and exciting products and services will be added as we go and we will still be participating in the National and International Tradeshows. However, we are still in contact with all our previous customers and we are welcome! Several publicly trading companies will join us in our endeavor in the future. Only You Inc will diversify this time as planned 3 years ago!
New BRANDS, DIVISIONS and a new LOOK will be introduced in the future and, in order to provide top quality products, we will be using several contract packaging companies. New PR Firm will be in place soon as well as marketing experts and designers.

We still are in possession of our shares. The company never sold or dumped any shares on the market period, I know for a fact that previous management without naming names did so. I personally paid and still paying for all legal fees without any financial support from shareholders. Unfortunately some individuals released or made derogatory comments about the company and me without any foundation. In the past, many Press Releases were issued by third parties for their own benefit without our knowledge and permission! I personally incurred heavy losses and a lot of down time (3.5 years) but I never gave up and I am moving forward. We are not asking anyone to invest any money in the new company but it would be great if you support us. When needed we will ask! Time is the essence and we will prevail. Now we will be able to communicate freely and more frequently with the shareholders without interference from previous management. Please let's work together and permit us to make it happen once and for all! I am a shareholder too and I will keep working very hard to reach success as well as our new Team!

I have played it for a while read old messages on RB. Started to sell as a tax loss but held on.I will not buy more just trying to break even. I did make some good money off it a while back maybe one more time. Let the pumpers get in a do their work and it could go. I have old free shares so I could convert if that happens. Who knows they wanted people to get certs to convert I chose not to so some of the float is locked up by people who did that if any did. I only hold 200,000 so no big deal. Good luck

Everything is going O.K. Not trading a lot. Sitting on a few large positions. Doing taxes last night and did good for the year off one or two large plays. Still holding a few shares in old stuff. Check them everyday like a crack addict. I did notice when I spend the time to trade with knowledge it pays off. I could see plan as day when I slowed down. I am not doing a lot right now still looking at new stuff every once in a while. Not in the buying mood. I'll be back soon. I am in a MBA program that takes some time and a lot of money. Let a few of my babies rock and roll and I will have to buy something with the money.
