TWOG

Its way way down and with the pending merger, it should add up to a nice profit!

BDWH to do 1 for 100 RS
Then buy out TWOG at .085 per share
The math is worth doing because its looking like a major swing in the TWOG shareholders favor at this time!

TWOG present .0061 x .0063

Seems to be discounting more. I've been sitting on 100,000 shares since I bought them at .095. Kind of forced into the wait game since I don't want to sell at a loss.

Hope things go well; I need to start seeing more upside!

I'm sorry you bought that high and have been watching it dropp, but its at a point now where the math makes it very attractive!

BDWH 1/100 at .003 would be .30
TWOG get a .085 buyout thats a 1/3.52 split into .30

or .024 per shares and its .006x.0061 now

Well TWOG is loking better by the moment with BDWH falling hard!

BDWH down over 50% at .0012

no matter what BDWH does it still pays .085 per share for TWOG shares after the BDWH 1/100 RS

.0012 x 100 = .12

looks like a 1/1.33 split for TWOG or around .065 per share as it stands!

The closer the stocks get to the merger the Spread between TWOG and BDWH should get greater. I think investors will try to get out of BDWH and get into TWOG because of the 100 to 1 R/S. I expect TWOG to get more and more play , but you never know. Not a lot of shares to buy at this point in either one.

BDWH is the one doing the R/S and then buying TWOG for .085 cents per shares! It works out right now to TWOG being worth about .065 per share, after the deal is all done! Thats almost a 10 bagger!

i think BDWH is being shorted. naked.
where else would all these shares come from.

shorting a r/s is very risky bcs. there are no shares to be bought on the other side.

BDWH hitting .003 again is a strong posibility. It has after all been bouncing all over the place. I would not however bank on BDWH being the stronger of the 2 TWOG/BDWH until after BDWH completes the R/S and merger. After that I would suspect a boat load of PR about the oil deals! I'm figuring that they are sitting on news and letting this deal get complete first. Because of the major difference between the value of both stocks, TWOG is worth a hell of alot more than the PPS reflects at this time, and the lower BDWH gets the more TWOG shares are worth. Another thing a noticed is that the PR confirming the merger says "minimum of .085 per share" leaving me thinking that it could possibly be a higher number, but at least .085

Heres how it was written

HOUSTON, TX, Dec 09, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Transworld Oil and Gas Ltd. ( TWOG ) announced today that it has completed negotiations for the share acquisition of all shares of TWOG. Shareholders will receive shares in the new company with a minimum value of $0.085 per twog share.

Do you guys realize that from .007 a .085 payoff is a 1214% gain?

no matter what BDWH does TWOG still gets a minimum of .085 per share of BDWH post BDWH split!

If BDWH were to tank 90% after the merge, its still a 30% gain to TWOG holder! If it goes up post merge! WOW!

Some of us have wondered the same thing. I wonder if I missed something. If you are going to applebee's make sure not to have them put juice in a container for a kid.

I guess you did not hear about their little mistake. That's more for the non-stock side.
