JUPITER Global Holdings, Corp. ("JUPITER" or the "Company") (OTC: JPHC) today announces that its previously announced plans to spin off its entertainment interests are progressing well. The Company has made significant progress where it now feels the spin-off is now expected to take place within the next 30 days.
Within the process of executing the spin-off, a stock dividend is planned to be immediately given to shareholders as part of the Company's ongoing plan to provide value to its shareholders.

Looks like PHBT may be ready to bounce here again. alot of buying at .0019 and even a few sells at the ask like MM's want shares. I bought in at 19 and jumped the ask to 21. I think she's ready to return to the 3's.

PHBT has been in a downtrend since mid-September '05. Yesterday it traded 11M+ shares losing 5.5% that was a preliminary UHV signal. Today it traded 26.7M shares, it closed 2/8 at .0017, and was taken down to .0013 LOD today, or 23.5%. Today was the take down day, and what I believe to be confirmation of the UHV and it has a high probability of running soon. It's a raggedy pink sheet, but they do run too. It's a gamble do your DD, and don't be greedy.

I agree w/ will, keep an eye on this one. All buying into the close w/ close to a 2 mil buy right at EOD

Boys, I don't know? I'm showing close to 15mil in buys from late yesterday and this morning, most of them at 15. I only see 130,000 sold in that time. After the 30000 sell the dropped the bid for a bit. A couple weeks ago this would ut on a couple 100 thousand buys. Either MM's are holding this down and its going to run like mad or there diluting.
