PlanetLink Announces Contract With Alto LP Gas Co., Inc. 1/26/2006
CUMMING, Ga., Jan 26, 2006 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- PlanetLink Communications, Inc. (OTCBB:PLKC), a provider of GPS satellite-based products and services, announced today that we have recently closed on a contract with Alto LP Gas Co., Inc., a liquid propane service provider based out of Alto, Michigan.
The contract calls for installation of the TransTRAK(tm) device in all existing Alto trucks and monitoring services for those devices. Of keen interest to Alto is the TransTRAK functional capability to monitor and control the "pump on/pump off" feature in each truck. Through this capability, Alto will not only be able to monitor time, location, speed and distance of its vehicles on a real-time basis, it will also be able to monitor "route time" required to fill each customer's tank. This will allow Alto to increase route productivity and maximize their route efficiencies.
Larry Lapaglia, Director of Agent Programs for PlanetTRAKS, stated, "Alto is our first excursion into Michigan as the result of one of our new Agents. The Agent intends to utilize Alto as a testimonial to spring-board into this very large liquid propane gas market in the northern part of the country."

how many trucks ?...for all we know it could be 1......for how much money was the contract worth ?......1 truck doesn't give much $ back.
used to be in this one the first time it passed .10, sold it on the way down, and I see things havn't changed.

(PLKC), a provider of GPS satellite-based products and services, announced today that the Company had a 195% increase in the second quarter 2005 revenues over its first quarter 2005 revenues, as shown in the 10QSB filing on August 15, 2005 with the Securities and Exchange Commission. This has been our best quarter since leaving the development stage designation.
Mary Hitt, Director of Finance for the Company, stated that “at PlanetTraks we are very encouraged by the acceptance of diverse vertical markets of our TranstrakTM product line and that this acceptance is reflected in sales to our customers. Highlights From Discussion Of Future Business Opportunities
After the business part of the shareholders meeting was concluded, M. Dewey Bain, CEO, led a discussion of future business opportunities for PlanetLink which included
A pilot program with automobile dealerships, which would target fleet vehicle sales with the TransTRAK product as an installed accessory for fleet vehicle sales.
Small moving companies will continue to expand and could double the number of units in service in 2006.
Having the capability to have a low end product line with a decreased monitoring cost as well as the TransTRAK product line.
Completing the company’s first acquisition which will substantially increase sales..
Negotiating a marketing agreement to sell the TransTRAK product line with a group, which has contacts within the Departments of Defense and Homeland Security.
The joint marketing agreement with Karta Technologies will see an inflow of income beginning in the first quarter of 2006.
The opportunity to double the number of units placed in service on a monthly basis with the advent of our joint marketing consultants.
Options for the future – voice communications, barcode, LCD readers and utilization of city wide wi-max zones.

PlanetTRAKS Announces Letter of Intent to Acquire AutoTrack GPS
Cumming, Ga. November 1, 2005 – Planetlink Communications, Inc, (OTCBB: PLKC), a provider of GPS satellite-based products and services, announced today that the company has signed a letter of intent to purchase AutoTrack GPS, a Phoenix company, that markets GPS products and services to retail markets.
M. Dewey Bain, President and CEO of PlanetLink, said “We are very excited about nearing the completion of our first acquisition, AutoTrack GPS. The added revenues of AutoTrack GPS will help us reach our target revenues quicker and become profitable through economies of scale. We expect the additional sales expertise of the principals and the products that AutoTrack GPS currently markets to compliment the TransTRAK product line. We expect to complete the acquisition within NINETY DAYS.

I think even though this is a penny....it is also a possible long, Always though with free shares;since it is a penny. The share pps has been kept down...yes but I think the increase in A/S is already accounted for and there is only one direction but up to go,I hope. This Co. has a much needed product and will go up with or without news, I'm feeling some news about the autotrak GPS aquisition very soon... with that news we should see at least a penny. imho i will ride free shares after that
