Obviously, they dumped a load on the market today. Take a look at their share structure as reported on their website:
Outstanding Shares 2,964,540,078 Affiliated Restricted 2,029,684,656 The Public Float 934,855,422
This stock is now crap.

The Public Float 934,855,422 - That is way less than USXP and RSHN. Look what has happened with them. The stock has plenty of room to run to .01. Posts: 1638 | From: Up North | Registered: Jan 2006

Logical Buyer - Maybe I'm missing out on something here, but if the public float is only 900 Million shares, how did this thing trade 2.25 BILLION shares today? That's more than twice the public float.

Those numbers are what they last released in Dec. SEC will step in, if they were dumping shares without advising their share holders. Many companies are being burned with this practice.

Well, the guy says to call with questions, so maybe we should. As far as the shares are concerned, they're pink , there are no rules. They can print shares until they run out of ink and there's nothing in play to stop them. The stock is .0002 for a reason and with that comes that risk....onto our beloved CEO:
Hi, my name is Mark Astrom and I am President of New Screen Television. I wanted to use this forum in order to articulate how my station could be an incredible venue and provide unparalleled exposure for your films. If you read my message I know you will agree with me that New Screen TV is - and will continue to be - an invaluable venue for filmmakers.
At New Screen TV, we are firmly committed to showing and promoting independent and creative films 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Whether you are showcasing your first work, or you are a veteran with a veritable portfolio of films, you need to build a base of support and an audience for each individual film. In order to build a following, and to give your film the proper chance it needs to succeed, a few screenings at a local theatre might not be enough. New Screen offers you the ability to see if your film resonates with a large audience and to reach out to people that might never have otherwise seen your film. This translates into exposure and the potential for a following, fans, investors and DVD sales.
You may have never heard of New Screen Television. We have been quietly plugging away at the creation of this enterprise in our hometown of Orlando , Florida . We operate and broadcast via WRCF-TV Channel 29, but we are negotiating now for much greater distribution. This means future distribution via cable or satellite, which leads to greater audience size.
We are currently in the midst of our annual call for entries, and I wanted to extend a personal invitation to IDA members to submit their work. One of the great attributes of New Screen TV is that we have the ability to bring past films back to life. As stated before, up till this time many films haven't had enough opportunities to find their audience, and New Screen TV offers films a new lease on life. Your work may no longer be eligible for film festivals, but it is eligible for New Screen Television. The deadline for our call is August 1st.
This is an exciting time and we know this opportunity will generate questions. Please feel free to contact us by either email or phone. We will look forward to working with you.
Sincerely,
Mark Astrom President and Founder New Screen Television www.newscreen.tv

If they did indeed dump shares on the market without informing the shareholders, do we as shareholders have any recourse through the SEC?

Yes, it is happening on a weekly basis. SEC is cracking down. Shares have to go through the transfer agent. They have an obligation to control dumping.

Many companies on the pinks are being investigated.
Hell, some companies are even using the SEC to bust naked shorters on the pinks. USXP won a huge settlement over 300 million dollars against MM's shorting their stock. They are still fighting to collect their settlement money.

Logical, here's a post from Red Bull (not the boards real name):
"up to date share structure per the tranfer again 1 min ago 20 bil authorized 8.85 issued and outstanding in dec it was like 2 bil out i think or something like that, what a bunch of scumbags lol"
Sounds like 6 billion has just got unloaded on the market. Who needs a reverse split when a company dilutes the stock like this?

I think we are being overly nice in regards to this stock compared to some other boards. Its now a known fact: The company dumped MORE THAN 7 BILLION shares on the market today.
Hello, SEC?

They must be gearing up for another great Friday PR about how they added another affiliate. Nothing like being able to print your own money, and I thought counterfitting was illegal in this country.

Well, now we know how they were going to post all of that profit. Grrr... I'm afraid we've been taken. I'll be lucky to .0003 back out of this again. Probably will have to sell for a loss.

Might be no reverse split, but there was a "reverse buyback"...
Not familiar with the term you say? Its where the company says they will buy back share of stock and then a few months later reverse that decision and dump more shares on the market.

Frustrating as hell to see the price sitting where it is and not moving, but I still believe this company has great potential. They have a good product, a solid plan, andhave already closed a number of significant deals with major cable TV distributors (reminds me of RSHN in some respects and look how that is finally doing). All it's going to take now is the revenue to start coming in and we'll be flying. I for one have no plans to sell for at least a year to see how far they can go with getting there channels placed on as many networks as possible. Let the bottom feeders get there 2 bagger, this one has a lot more potential than that. All IMHO. GLTA involved.

News of solid substantial revenues will certainly bring them in. This is the one that people will look at next year and kick themselves in the azz for not getting in at these prices when it's been staring them in the face for weeks. For once I'm in from the start and won't be chasing this one up like many others will. All IMO. Do your own DD and tell me if/why I'm wrong. If nonsense stations like the Golf Channel, Speed Network, BET, Home and Garden, etc. can make it, then this one is going to be up there with the major cable channels one day. This is the type of programming that is missing from most networks and I think it has a real niche with a hugh pool of potential viewers/ subscribers. Time will certainly tell, but there will be no going back to 0.0002 prices ever once this thing takes off. All IMHO of course. GLTA.

Back to 0.0001? This is laughable. I wish I had more cash to buy now. What the F are the MMs doing with this stock? F them anyway. They can buy mine back in year for $1 a share. IMO.

Buy now, this will kill this stock to close at .0001. MM's will keep it down here. They are the only ones that can sell below .0001.

Tomorrow should start a very instresting week for this stock. No reverse split, tons of possibilities AND they start generating income on the 1st of the month. Five more shopping days left boys and girls.

This is even more of a reason it should not be sinking to .0001/.0002. Watch the MM's tricks. They may want cheap shares ahead of April 1st.
