SiteWorks Building & Development Co. Announces Letter of Intent for New $12,000,000 Housing Project 1/23/2006
MIAMI, FL, Jan 23, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- The Management of SiteWorks, Inc. (OTC BB: SWKJ), a construction and real estate development company, announced the company has secured a letter of intent to construct an additional 1200 units of affordable housing in Thailand. The estimated dollar value of the contract when finalized will be approximately 12,000,000.
Michael Nurse, President of SiteWorks, said, "This latest project can be considered an extension of a current contract we have for 1756 units of affordable housing The same technological approach will be used in both projects. We will use precast concrete panels (made on site) to speed production.
"This year we expect to commence operations on at least one of our major housing projects in Thailand in the first quarter and we hope that by the close of fiscal year 2006 we will have mobilized on most of our projects in South East Asia."
SiteWorks Building and Development Co. has a number of contracts in Thailand and China including a 1756 unit housing project (at Minibar Lophuri) worth approximately US25,000,000, a 54 unit condo project at Mission Hills in Phuket worth approximately US10,000,000, a luxury housing project in Phuket, and a 300 room hotel in Hainan, currently in the design stage. The Hainan hotel is budgeted at $30,000,000.
