DWE--- You was right about PCCN. They reverse split 1000 for one. Change symbol to pcce. Lost money. Stock went from .10 to .02 today. I should pay more attention to scams and a rotten egg company like PCCN. We should all sue PCCN. GOOD LUCK DWE on all your picks!!!!!

I do not have any picks to post, but I would suggest when you begin to look at a penny to play, NOT TO INVEST, try and find as much as you can about the company as possible.
1- Look at the chart. This is the number 1 indicator as to where the PPS is heading.
2- Look at the earnings report. If the company isn’t reporting, they, more times than not, have something to hide. For companies like this, all you have to go on is the chart.
3- See how many shares are authorized and issued to the public. IF THE SHARE BASE IS HIGH, IT WILL TAKE SIGNIFICANT MOMENTUM TO MOVE THE PPS.
4- Find as many PR’s as you can. Try to see if there is a trend in the chart when PR’s are released. This is a good indicator that dilution may be occurring or if the PR’s are stated and PPS doesn’t move, it may be too late.
5- Don’t buy/sell on what is posted on forums. These are great places to visit and find potential plays, but don’t buy/sell on what anybody says. People are paid everyday to pump stocks and they are amongst use.
If you recall post #2 on this thread was from me, and I warned against R/S's. I did not want to argue the validity of the the statement that .0001 to .001 are low risk. Upside has warned of this type remedy for dilution on other threads of stocks trading in this range, only to be berated and ridiculed. These plays are not low risk, because of the strong possibility/porbabliity of a R/S occuring.

"First I think you have to qualify and/or define "very little or no risk". Many stocks trading in this range are heavily diluted. The cure for dilution is usually the dreaded R/S. R/S aren't all bad, I notice many run a day or two prior to the split date. The other problem is a good number of these are pink, and you are pretty much blind regarding O/S. If you're sitting on a highly diluted pink, and it R/S, you may get caught in it.
I am not arguing that this is or isn't a high risk propostion, but one would have to buy at absolute bottom, and not be greedy."
There are two listed today that have been mentioned on this thread :
MMIC 1 for 100 R/S PHXI 1 for 50 R/S

Can somebody explain to a newb like me, why a company would want to devalue their stock with a r/s? Is it to shed the mm's? Is it to give the stock a facelift? It just seems to me, when they hurt the stockholders like that they hurt themselves. Any input would be appreciated.

When you buy diluted, usually inexpensive stocks, such as, PHXI, you have to beware and understand that a R/S is a strong possibility. The reason it is done is to put the comapny in a position where the O/S have been decreased, so that they can issue more shares, and begin the dilution process all over again. In the process of selling more shares they raise more capital. If they have corporate articles that allow them to have 2 billion A/S, they will be right back issuing until they either increase the A/S or R/S the O/S. It is not an unheard of practice with pennies, get used to it. Don't let anyone tell you that buying these heavily diluted inexpensive stocks does not carry high risk with them. After being tagged with a few R/S's, the risk, and the degree of risk will become readily apparent to someone holding these type stocks.

Cramer will keep pushing it until its turns around but I am not sure even he will get it to 500.00 in the near future. And over the long term you don't know what will happen that could put the stock right back to 80.00
