Great news for those interested. The R/S has been completed and here is some positive financial news too.
- Gross Profits Increase More Than 400% - CALIMESA, Calif., Jan 13, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Ingen Technologies, Inc. (IGTG), a medical device manufacturer of OxyAlert(TM), OxyView(TM), and Secure Balance(TM), announces substantial increases in revenues and gross profits.
The revenues for the six months ended November 30, 2005 were $767,084, as compared to the previous year of $223,293. Gross Profits for the six months ended November 30, 2005 were $573,025 as compared to the previous year of $128,046.
The company has invested more than $6,000,000 in the research and development of the product lines, including OxyView(TM) and OxyAlert(TM). During the six months ended November 30, 2005, the company incurred substantial costs to complete OxyView(TM) and continue completion of the OxyAlert(TM) products.
Scott Sand, CEO & Chairman stated: "The revenues for Secure Balance(TM) sales have increased more than 300%, and the Gross Profits have increased even greater. With a focused emphasis on completing all of the SEC Filings, we anticipate a very smooth transition to the OTCBB."
"The reason for the change in retail pricing of the OxyView(TM) was due to the unexpected change in manufacturing costs for OxyView(TM). The current retail pricing of $14.95 is a result of the decrease in manufacturing costs. The company has created a 4+4 Class-A steal mold with special features that have substantially decreased manufacturing costs as compared to the costs published last July-2005 when we released a retail price of $75. This change in retail pricing allows for a more affordable product for hospitals, surgical centers and patients, as well as a higher margin and profit for the company," said Thomas Neavitt, Chief Financial Officer.

This is a stock that will be going through the roof by the end of the year. I have hung in there and after the R/S I only ended up with 175,000 shares. I bought this at its lowest point and now over the next several months we should see a steady increase, especially after it fully moves to the BB. I think this is going to be a great company over the next year or two. Still worth getting into at the price its at now. Go IGTG!!!!

Unfortunately, I was in pretty heavily pre-split too. Now 100K and change. I need some help getting into green territory, but I'm long on this anyway.

I have been sitting on this for over a year now, and finally I think the patience is going to pay off! It killed me when they did the R/S and I felt like I was doomed, but my confidence has presided and the future looks very promising on getting my investment back and plus some.

Long hold for sure! Every Hospital in the United States will or should have their product installed. I wonder if they will be hiring reps to sell it in different regions in the states. I say by the end of the year we will be in the $$$$$!

As far as I know this is a one of a kind product and that goes the same for the Secure Balance system they have. I live in the Sunshine State and as you all know, this is also the home of alot of elderly folks. Which I think they would have the need for the Secure Balance here.

Ingen Technologies will be moving over to the BB very soon. Projected price is $2.00 over the next few months once this happens. I e-mailed Scott Sands and have not yet recieved a reply yet on when the move will take place. This is still a great company and has a very bright future for investors.

Very impressed with Scott Sand. I underestimated the guy for announcing the reverse split months ago but he knew what he was doing all along. Good going and congradulations to all shareholders.

Scott knows what he is doing and has a goal of really getting his company off the ground. So far the products are coming out on time as he has said. Ingen made me good money when it went to .05 last year and then sold it. Got back in after the split and hope to see it really rise after it moves to the BB which I hope will be soon. We could see the $1-$2 mark on this. Good luck to all who are back in it!

- Moving to the OTCBB With a 300% Increase in Revenues & Profits - CALIMESA, Calif., Jan 27, 2006 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Ingen Technologies, Inc. (IGTG), a medical device manufacturer of OxyAlert(TM), OxyView(TM), and Secure Balance(TM), announces that the company auditors, Spector & Wong, LLP, have committed to complete the remaining audits and accounting within the next 5 weeks.
Today, Ingen technologies have been provided the final auditing schedule to complete the required SEC filings in order to take IGTG to the OTCBB. Harold Spector, President of Spector & Wong, LLP has committed to a 5 week schedule to complete all of the 10-KSB(s) and 10-QSB(s) between June 30, 1998 and February 28, 2002. The other audited statements after February 28, 2002 have either been filed or are complete and being processed by the law firm of Peter Wilke.
"I want to make it very clear that attorney Richard Weed has been instructed to start the process to move IGTG to the Bulletin Board and off the Pink-Sheets. The auditors have already completed the most difficult audits and accounting, and they can now simply complete the paperwork required to audit the years prior to the merger that were delinquent. This should be complete in early March-2006," said Scott Sand, Chairman & CEO.
Chris Wirth, Director stated: "With a 300% increase in revenues and profits, moving to the OTCBB will provide great advantages to everyone, including the shareholders and investors who are watching this stock. The continued synergies between IGTG and its growth patterns define a successful future for this company and its many shareholders."
Mr. Sand, CEO & Chairman, has agreed to retire 50% of his personal debt owed to him by the company, as well as develop a share buy-back program in the near future. The company is evaluating various methods to retain share value and minimize any dilution.

IGTG: Well the Company gave a hint of a buy back program. I believe it will happen over the next few weeks. Probably will be quite considerable as I know the Company would love to get the stock over $3.00 this year and apply for a major exchange listing. Awful cheap at this level.

wallymac: a buyback would take shares out of the float. which means if there is less it will run much faster. they need to make sure that they are up to date and file so they can get to the OTCBB. when that happens this should fly just on the upgrade of exchange a lone
