Jupiter Global Holdings, Corp. Announces Board of Directors Approves Stock Buyback Program 1/9/2006 12:27:26 PM LAS VEGAS, NV, Jan 09, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Jupiter Global Holdings, Corp. ("JUPITER" or the "Company") ( JPHC ) today announces its Board of Directors has approved a stock buyback program for the Company to repurchase up to one billion of its outstanding shares of common stock.
JUPITER'S stock buyback program for the year 2006, approved by the Board of Directors, authorizes the Company to buy back up to one billion of the Company's outstanding common stock from the open market public float over the next year. The specific timing and amount of repurchases will vary based on market conditions, securities law limitations and other factors. The stock buy back will be executed utilizing JUPITER's cash resources and the program may be suspended or discontinued by the Board of Directors at any time without prior notice.
The Company believes this buy back program should improve shareholder value and the Company's ability to attract financing and other acquisitions.

LAS VEGAS, NV--(MARKET WIRE)--Jan 24, 2006 -- JUPITER Global Holdings, Corp. ("JUPITER" or the "Company") (Other OTC:JPHC.PK - News) today announces that its Board of Directors has authorized its management to commence preparations to develop a plan to become a target for acquisition or merger by a suitable strategic buyer. It definitely looks like those talking about a acquisition/merger deductions were dead-on. It also sounds like some larger players have already thrown out lines to see about viability of reeling JPHC in--this could happen to sooner than we realize. Can anyone (with real know-how) in this industry speculate on what kind of interest and $$$ value this could be to a T-Mobile or Verizon type of player? Whatever the case...this appears to be a positive development for JPHC holders.
