I haven't been trying to get any more shares. I'm waiting for it to go WAY up to unload some. I think it trades too thin here at the bottom to make a profit, but if the rocket takes off again, maybe we can all take advantage of it and unload some.

I've been real busy at work so I haven't even had time to see how my stock is doing (that's probably a good thing right now).
I took a quick look at the chart today and it looks like it is ready for another breakout.
Everything is starting to look up. It's kind of a catch 22. If the chart keeps turning up we should get more buying pressure. But the chart won't keep looking up without buying pressure. I'm in this for better or worse. I just hope prospective buyers aren't too gun shy.

If this merger goes thru, I wonder where the price will start at? You have one stock at .003 and another at .01, One R/S one forward split, but how do they come up with a base price to start after the merger. It doesn't matter after that, but just curious.

I guess it's going to take some news to get us over the .005 hump. I think we'll move up later in the week.

I think this stock will take off after the name change, r/s and merger with TWOG. I am going to sit it out until after the r/s.

No date that I have seen for the r/s. They really need a new pr as the last one was december.
"BDW Holdings, Ltd. (OTC: BDWH) announced today that it has reached an agreement to purchase all the outstanding shares of Transworld Oil & Gas (OTC: TWOG) for stock of BDW Holdings, Ltd. The company also plans to change its name to International Energy Ltd.
BDW plans to consolidate its present shares on a one-for-one-hundred basis and purchase all the outstanding shares of TWOG for the equivalent of $0.085 per TWOG share, in new shares of what will be International Energy Ltd.
After the purchase of TWOG, the new BDWH intends to become a reporting issuer and list on a higher exchange, not only in the US, but will also seek listings overseas."

Yeah, the last PR was in mid December when the BDWH was trading between .015 and .090. A month later and the stock has drifted down to .002. We all know about the merger, etc, so let's get some new information out there and see which way this thing wants to go.
