PLNI - According to Big Apple, there will be some good PLNI News out before the end of the month. That should be followed by very significant PRs after New Years.

PLNI 0.0039 +0.0001 (+2.63%) 0 0 36,812,648

There was clearly a little green showing today as TASR and ETRD stepped into the the fray, giving NITE, SCHB and VFIN a good drubbing.

Remember, "...Super-Cheapie-Shares.." are only 'super-cheapie-shares' while they are still super-cheapie-shares..!!!

Lets be honest with ourselves, this is a "lets pump the stock you already own" thread.

Hey everyone buy my stock buy my stock! so I can get out with a small profit!!!

Does anyone do any research anymore? Does anyone stick their neck out and buy stocks that nobody else is trading BEFORE they become popular? Or are we just a bunch of sheep that follow the pumpers are group plays? Come on guys you can do better than this.

KillaKmetz,

You may have picked a winner three weeks ago but anyone not already in SGLS be careful. It is becoming overbought and is due for a correction. It has gone up 500% in that time. This is just my opinion. Just be careful is all!

DONT BUY SGLS!!!
READ THAT:

Update: Signature Leisure, Inc. - A Katalyst For Shares
Investigative Reports
December 27 2005
Signature Leisure, Inc. (OTCBB: SGLS) had just about slipped off our radar screen - and then a blip appeared. On December 21, 2005 we spotted a spam e-mail touting Signature Leisure’s “new subsidiary,” E Cubed Technologies. Actually, the information was neither new nor particularly newsworthy. A press release announcing that Signature Leisure had formed a subsidiary called E Cubed Technologies had been issued three months earlier, on September 21st.

This was not the first time the touts had latched onto the Company. In April 2003, promoters engaged in a vigorous campaign to hype the Company - which was called Valde Connections, Inc. at the time. They claimed that Valde was preparing to open a chain of beauty salon/spas/ modeling agencies. See Valde Connections, Inc. — Just Styling; and Valde Connections, Inc. — The Time Machine. The idea sounded glamorous, but the beauty salons failed to materialize. By August 2003, the Company had changed its name to Signature Leisure and shorty thereafter, it entered the used car business. See Update: Signature Leisure, Inc. — All For Showroom.

The September 21 release suggested that the Company was poised to move beyond its used car operation – but how far? The Company, which claimed that its new subsidiary would provide information technology services, said that E Cubed already had become an authorized dealer of DocSTAR document imaging and retrieval services. Unfortunately, the September 21st press release did not enumerate the financial benefits E-Cubed was expected to receive from its sale of DocSTAR products. The agreement between the Company and E-Cubed set the "Annual Purchase Target" for Signature Leisure at a modest level, $58,060.

It appeared that the Company also was clinging to some of Valde’s dreams. On February 15, 2005, Signature Leisure announced its acquisition of Parker Productions, a model and event staffing company located in central Florida. For the first nine months of 2005, that venture produced net revenues of approximately $11,000.

The two new subsidiaries promised meager income, at least in the short term. There was nothing about either enterprise that was likely to generate a buzz among prospective investors. So why is a promoter called “Pennybuster.com” spreading “news” about Signature Leisure? And why has the value of Signature Leisure shares been climbing in recent months. In early October 2005, Signature Leisure stock was trading at less than 2 cents a share. On December 27th shares closed a fraction below 9 cents.

In recent days, the trading volume for Signature Leisure shares has soared – from approximately 182,000 shares on December 9th to over 2 million shares on December 12th, almost 3.5 million shares on December 13th, over 15.5 million shares on December 15th and nearly 17.4 million shares on December 21st.

What is happening here? The Company has not disclosed any developments that would appear to justify this trend. A November 21, 2005 press release disclosing that E-Cubed received its first order for a DocSTAR system hardly qualifies as news that would stimulate investor interest.

The Company’s financial performance does not suggest a trend that would encourage either this overwhelming investor interest or the dramatic increase in share value. The Signature Leisure had operating losses of approximately $281,000 for the quarter ended September 30, 2005, and losses of almost $1.2 million for the first nine months of 2005.

There has, however, been one notable development for the Company. On December 6, 2005, Signature Leisure filed a Form SB-2 Registration Statement to register 313,500,000 shares of common stock to be issued under a Standby Equity Distribution Agreement between the Company and Katalyst Capital Group Ltd, an offshore company formed in the Providencials, Turks and Caicos Islands. Under the Equity Distribution Agreement, Signature Leisure may sell common stock to Katalyst for a total purchase price of $5 million but only if it complies with certain key conditions. Katalyst promises to come up with the money, but at a considerable price. First, Signature Leisure can only sell $200,000 worth of its stock to Katalyst at any time. Second, Katalyst gets to purchase the shares at a discount. Third - and this is evidently the key to the deal - the shares must be registered before Katalyst delivers any funds.

In other words, Katalyst gets cheap, registered stock that it can sell as soon as it delivers funds. Put in a somewhat different context, it appears that the Company is funding its own financing - Katalyst can recoup each of its advances by selling the Signature Leisure shares that it receives in exchange for that stage of the funding. As a kicker, Katalyst also gets to keep 1% of each amount advanced to the Company.

The arrangement poses obvious problems for the Company – and particularly for its public shareholders. As Katalyst sells shares the price of Signature Leisure stock is apt to dip. Then, when the Company requests its next tranche of funds, Katalyst gets more shares, at a lower price based upon the dropping market value of the stock. Katalyst would then have even more shares to sell (based upon its discount from falling market prices) and the sale of those shares could cause prices to drop even further. The downward spiral seems obvious and perhaps inevitable.

There are other potential pitfalls. One is obvious. The constant downward pressure on Signature Leisure could encourage short sellers to target the Company’s shares. But third-party short sellers are not the only problem. What if Katalyst becomes a short seller? If that were to happen – or already has happened – Katalyst could help to depress the share price, thereby increasing the number of shares it would receive under the Equity Distribution Agreement. Then it would (i) pay all, or a portion of the proceeds from its short sales to Signature Leisure to satisfy the funding agreement; (ii) receive registered stock as per the agreement; (iii) deliver a portion of the registered stock to cover the short position; (iv) sell the balance of the registered shares and keep the profits. Such a scenario, if it were to occur, could prove extremely lucrative for Katalyst.

And devastating to the interests of public investors.
