Wouldn't doubt speculation that terrorists are devising plans to do something on or by 6/6/6. Oil will probably be up this week.

Pbls won't strt to crank until we get a form 10 somewhere along the line it got to be a company that has to show in black and white what it is doing.

bond you are right. I don't think we are going anywhere until form 10. At this point we have a lot of longs that have accumulated a very large number of shares. It is going to be very interesting to see just how many shares are in the float once they report financials. For now we are flat lined and likely to stay here or lower until we get more information about reporting status.
PBLS needs to become fully reporting asap if they want the pps to rise. However, others have said that Paul is more interested in growing the company. He is focused on shareholder value as well, but he is certainly not sitting around watching the share price all day.
Heck, more than anything I just want form 10 to be filed so we all have something new to talk about!
bond and other what are your speculations as to a pr date about form 10 filling?

So you are speculating on 1 month or less. Sounds reasonable based on previous pr's. I am personally telling myself that it might be as far away as september...kinda like setting the alarm clock 10 mintes ahead of the real time.

gnulnx--I agree, mulshine told me it might be later then everyone expects, because it is easier for them to make acquisitions without the paperwork required on the OTC....fwiw. Don't want people to flip if it doesn't happen in June.

You have a good point Katrina if Alonzo wants to buy a lot more companies he will wait on filing a form 10 until later. The man wants the best of both worlds he wants investors money to work with with out any accountability for it A control freak in the classic sense of the word. But what gets me is the fact that the co used to post unaudited finanicials. they don't do that any more.

No what I exspect in June or early July is a pr of a time table. To really be honest with you most ceo's of penny's can't give up the control they have by going fully reporting.

Bond I agree, I think there is one more acquisition before the form 10 is filed...I honestly think its ready if not real close to being done, the form 10 that is. They want to get everything they think is integral to their plan before filing...Now I think the only thing left is deep drilling rigs...Once we get that PR, than 10 will be filed...Only makes sense to me!! IMO
But wouldnt doubt a PR the last week of June on a update of the filing!!!

agreed. They should probably release a pr giving some sort of time table for becoming fully reporting. I do hope the have learned from the lfwk fiasco. No sense in giving exact dates when you can't control how the SEC will respond.

The form 10 is for 2005. The current acquisitions should not play a role in the filing of the form 10 as far as I can tell.
Mulshine told me that the form 10 should be out by the end of May. Today is the last day to see if this information comes to fruition. If it does then I know we can speak to Mulshine and get some info. that is reliable. If it does not happen then I will stick with what the company said in the PR from last year and that date is the end of June. A move to OTCBB will almost certainly not occur for a few months. Still holding with no worries. Numbers should be astounding IMHO.

I believe you've misread.
The $3.4 million in debt was apparently settled with common stock (at least a chunk). The party who settled apparently stipulated that the company become fully reporting.....knowing that this would greatly increase the value of the shares (we get to ride along!!)
They settled on 2/25/2005 and the agreement was two part:
PBLS is "contractually" obligated with 2 covenants:
1) PBLS would begin the process to become fully reporting within 15 months. 15 months from 2/25/2005 is 5/26/2006. They have begun the process or they are in default of the agreement.
2) PBLS must "finish" the process with 12 months thereafter. 12 months from 5/26/2006 is 5/26/2007.
So. I read it anytime between now and 5/26/2007.
That's the maximum time frame. Of course they could have started early and finish tomorrow. But, more likely sometime in between...perhaps this fall? Just too many acquisitions to fold into the accounting mix. (Someone correct me if the company has notified otherwise)
To pacify us in the meantime, I would expect them to release unaudited numbers, release the TA gag, and promote more hardy numbers on the construction side. I would guess beyond a drilling company the acquisition race is about done.
I think we are sitting pretty for a gradual increase from now till reporting. (At least we have a date the company is legally obligated to complete that task).
I just hope the longs don't get too discouraged about audited figures not being released in the next week or month.
These are just my thoughts and based on what the pr says and my musings.
