NEWSFLASH>> Spent the day with Ron & Paul yesterday. They are the real deal. I live but 30 miles from PBLS office. Paul is a huge man, an ex Louisiana football player. A guy I don't think I would like to mess with. I am over 6' 2" and this guy made me feel small. Paul has a true running back mentality... "Give me the ball and I will get it across the goal even if I have to carry the whole other team on my back".
Paul and Ron have a combined background of over 60 years running and building companies - not public ones however. We talked about the Nevada posting and he said that was a mistake - a miscommunications (yeah I know, this had to be done by their legal crew and that is disturbing). He was very apologetic about the "mistake". This is their first time out running a public company but Paul told me he is learning fast and shared with me he has encountered a LOT of sharks out there while building PBLS over the years.
My sense - both men are honest and have a real desire to build PBLS. Again my sense is this company is all about acquisitions. Give them the cash and they will build it.
I had a heart to heart discussion with Ron about the pitfalls of buying companies because of the potential of not being able to uncover hidden costs in operations because it has been my experience in consulting that companies aren't really good at capturing and identifying the real costs of their operation. But Ron appears to have a lot of confidence in his investigative legal an accounting folks - all contract I believe.
I also visited PROGAS. Meet the CEO and President and I was very impressed. A real high tech operation and they seem to have their finger solidly planted on the pulse of the oil industry.
Both Ron and Paul expressed to me their desire to be on the boards by May 1st. We discussed the reality issues that that they will need to get busy releasing info on all their acquisitions right away if they want to be on the boards by May. They said they are leaving the details to their legal advisors. But fully intend to divulge but they are a little hesitate to let anything out right now and their legal crew has advised them against divulging too much info.
Final point, Ron insured me they don't have to live off their shares to make acquisitions. Their intensions are to have their gravel and oil businesses generate the cash to build their company and all this will be divulged in the spring.
All so heard they were very close on closing a deal to increase their gravel company’s revenues utilizing a very large third party trucking operation.
Their Construction Company is exploding. Their biggest problem and limiting factor in generating revenues is finding and housing construction folks - a problem ALL companies down here seem to be having. If they find an answer here, this could really be a moneymaker.
Last point - They have no intention to increase their outstanding share count and they really expect their shares to hit 35 cents by summer.

This may be a dumb question but I have only been in this stock for 2 days now. Got in at .0139 with 2 grand, and am looking at some nice green. Can someone explain to me why you all think this is gonna run and what made it run back in September?

I think I explained September's run before (maybe the old thread?). To be more concise about this time: It was a hurricane Katrina play in September.
