realperson I don't think it's that much of a mystery.
I think a lot of believers bought heavily off the bottom. I sure as heck bought a bunch more. I know a few others that did as well. My average is now about 1.6 cents. If it drops back down I'm going to buy more.
Pretty much as long as it is subpenny I am going to buy every time I have the money. If it's still sub penny by mid January I'm going to buy enough to drop my average below a penny.
I think most people that believe in this company, and that have the funds, are buying the $hit out of it!
Hope that helps solve the mystery buyer problem.
Oh I also think it's because the compay quit buying at the bid and driving the price down.

Chart Walker I agree. Volume is everything. Unfortunatly I don't think the volume will be all that heavy unless the company issues a big pr....which they could.
I think we might bounce around between .0075 and .011 for a little while. I hope I'm wrong and we go ahead and make a nice steady climp back to 3 cents or so.

I agree. If we can make 1 cent the new support level we are looking good.
My theory on what's going on.
The last few month have been a manfactured take down in order for shorts to cover from pre-Katrina. They have covered and have moved on. This stock should trade normal from here on out. At least half of the float is in the hands of people that have no intention of selling until 10-50 cents. At this point it is taking very little to move this stock up or down....that is a good thing.
Early next year when they unleash the hounds it should be a nice fun ride to the .10 cent and up board here at allstocks.
PPO looking up in the DAILY chart, CMF indicator positive also.
Weekly chart tells us that everytime the PPO indicator has crossed and gone Positive, there was a run, -the indicator is "right at" that crossing now in the Weekly chart.
Enough things lining up here to take interest, IMO.

Jenna, I'm making the statement based on countless hours of DD on this stock.
Right now PBLS has an estimated EPS of 2.5 cents. Recently the company was more than willing to buy certs from investors for 3 cents. That alone tells me that the company is worth at least 10 cents. They will be filing audited nubmers next year and they have plans to change exchanges. Ideally they would like to skip the OTC:BB and go straight to the Amex, NASDAQ small cap, or London exchange.
When I talked with Ron Blackburn about the 1 dollar minimum requirements for NASDAQ small cap he pretty much blew it off saying that won't be a problem.
Take a look at all the divisions they have. Notice the directional drilling company? The have profit margins between 30-60%. That's our most profitable division. Notice Progas? That's an oil and gas brokerage division...we even got a couple of the old Enron boys in there. So what's missing? A refinery (rumored) and a drilling rig. What do you have then? You have a domestic oild company from ground to refinery.
Top it off with the fact the we have over 600 refueling stations in North and South (expected to almost double this year) and you know have a place to sell it. Oil from ground to tank....you do the math.
Oh yeah and we have a gravel pit in NO that has almost tripled in value because of Katrina. We have construction companies in the area.
As far as I'm concerned this is a no-brainer. I started buying at 3 cents believing it was grossly undervalued. I have continued buying all the way down. My average price is now about 1.6 cents...that is a steel. This company will easily trade over a dime in a couple of months. More likely 25-50 cents.
1 year probably over a dollar 3-5 years 5 dollars.
THESE ARE ONLY MY PROJECTIONS BASED ON MY DD. DO NOT BUY THIS STOCK BECAUSE OF WHAT I SAY. I've spent hours coming to these conclusions. But they are my own conclusions.
I suspect you and I found this stock similarly. I had computer models running to select stocks. I picked up on some big volume movements in PBLS. A the time I had every intention of just trading this stock. A fellow investor from allstocks (bond) convinced me to look into the company. There is a lot here. Go check out the ihub PBLS site (I'm one of the mods there). We have a lot of invester testimonials from people who visited the company and even a video that was shot.
There is so much to this company...no way I can recap all of it here. Also check for a guy named PNEW on Raging Bull. He has GREAT web site setup for DD on PBLS that saved me countless hours on DD.
