You gotta love Gina D and her crew for making RVMN's PPS go down hill from here. 25 million shares of RVMN and I don't even get to sleep with Gina D.

Shouldn't the price of RVMN be going up instead of down since the forward split payout hasn't taken effect as of yet? It's just going the opposite direction from here on. Disappointing day for RVMN but a great day for Gina D since we pay her salary.

Yeah, they're about due Tex. Have you looked at their recent filings? Talk about dilution! Mid November they had 400 some million outstanding. End of December they're up to 1.6 billion. I'm guessing they're over 2 billion by now.

The reported o/s of 1.68 billion was as of 12/28. I'm wondering if that includes the split shares?

dunno...when vegmo showed up late one weekend night, he finally posted--after repeated queries, lol--that the o/s was 400m.

I've basically been posting occasionally so newbs are aware of Joey & Bernie, and cuz of confusion re the split dates...

I don't think they would be. They don't hit the o/s until they're actually distributed, right? So, that's going to mean somewhere around 10 billion out pretty soon. But, they're making a Gina D movie so that should offset the 10 billion, doncha think?

lol, the movie...

really, it's so typically Joey...read the Dec 29 PR, still up on Yahoo Finance...warrants, splits, extended deadlines, waived fees...

small wonder peeps get confused...

also, Yahoo Finance still shows o/s as 415m... ya, the ex-date is end-of-this month, as I recall, so nothing new should hit till then....

who knows?

like I said, typical Joey stuff...
