This one has great potential and soon, I'm thinking 100%/200% easy.(then again i hate predicting)
Float is 16 million. It is currently moving off its bottom.
The last Quarterly report announced the acquisition of a company, also announcing the shares would be spun off to shareholders. None of this has been written about in the news. Most people are too lazy to read the reports.
The next quarter should also show this company is profitable. (not many pennies can say that)
When the announcement does come, with this float, the stock will fly. We all know how everyone loves spinoffs, aquisitions and profits.
I DD'd this one a couple days ago... I found it while doing some DD on another VoIP company.
Financials are pretty good for a startup, and with the low float, it should move with little buying pressure.

Teliphone share dividend to UAMA shareholders

These shares are being held by United American Corp. for the time being until Teliphone becomes financially independent and no longer requires additional financing from UAMA. UAMA management feels that this is in the best interest of shareholders and for the long term viability of Teliphone and the growth of its share value. UAMA intends to preserve its original May 30th, 2005 shareholder of record date for the upcoming payment of the special dividend to UAMA shareholders of the Teliphone shares.

I also am noticing that they did a mirror trade with .0001 difference!
I suppose the MM's don't really have many shares in stock and are going to be matching buys to sells and/or raising it up!

On December 7, 2005, our majority-owned subsidiary OSK Capital II, Corp., through its wholly owned subsidiary, Téliphone Inc., a company duly incorporated and existing under the laws of Canada, entered into, a Customer and Asset Acquisition and Software Licensing Agreement with Iphonia Inc., a Quebec corporation and Telicom Inc., a Quebec corporation, (the “Agreement”). The Agreement requires transfer of Iphonia Inc.’s clients and services to Téliphone Inc along with the sale of various telecommunications equipment.
We guaranteed the monthly payments required by Section 4 of the Agreement and we will be liable for these monthly payments in the event that Téliphone Inc. fails to make these required payments to Iphonia Inc.
A copy of the Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1.
