He did before and I don't see why not now. But Frank is smarter then most that dump shares. He sells shares at a high price then buys back when its cheap. Thats what he has done before. Example: Sell 5 billion shares at a higher price causing the pps to drop then offering to buyback 1 bilion at the cheap price. How gracious of him.

And he has done this in the past.

NO...why would he....he makes enough off the investors that keep buying this stuff. by the way the poll would not let me vote. I lost 4k on QBID but that was back when it could of been a viable stock...now it is in the group with the rest of the worthless .0002 stocks there is nothing that can save it but a HUGH new contract of some kind along with a hugh R?S, a audit, a move to the next exchange...I mean there is a lot more that needs to happen besides "all we need is a carrier" which has already happened...SO let's all be adults and get real about this stock...It is dead..take your loss now so you can write it off in 2005 and start clean in 2006....
