The price of the stock would go from $10 to $1 with a 10 to 1 forward split....correct?
The O/S would Decrease or increase?

it would increase....the os will get larger because there are more shares...the price will be lower because there are more shares...

The o/s would increase by 10.

The pps isn't guaranteed b/c it's based on market pressure, but theoretically, as the shares increase, the pps would decrease proportionately. But that rarely happens so cut and dried.
