This is great news! And it is a Friday. I see some profit taking from yesterdays 100% run up.

My guess is that some people thought todays news would have been about the dividend date and got disappointed.

NOT ME!!!! I am holding and will probably add some late today!

This IMO and only this will make this stock move up. We need a PR with that ex dividend date in it.

IDS previously stated its plan to pay a one time dividend with a value of between $.87 and $1.01 per share. The closing of the HKB contract was the final step in concluding this transaction and IDS will now shortly come to its decision on the ex-dividend date

Hit .165 and now it's at .18. IDWD had 2 good solid buys at .17 and now 3 at .18. All over 5,000 shares. I am hoping for a rebound.

I agree with you Father. People were disappointed about no divy news. But, this is very good news. Hope this news can tide us over and not have a big drop until we get the divy news. When it hits we will be off and running big time.

It is so tempting to play the dips! I held on today, knowing that the really big news is yet to come!

I think I am right in saying that IDWD has to apply to the NAZ for the ex divy date. Then when they get it from them. They will put it out in a PR. It could take a few days.

I really think that once people begin to see todays PR and read it, they will begin to see the potential this one has...

I remember thinking Ebay would never be able to sell cars against AutoTrader... and look at them today. They are doing tremendous business.

Creating a niche like this, will definitely make a splash, and if they can market it properly, they are going to explode in volume. The only risk I see them facing is AutoTrader changing their business plan to compete with 995ad. A similar thing happened to GZFX competing with Netflix. Netflix dropped their monthly rate to compete with GZFX!

However, 995ad is diversifying into more than just autos.... so this should really help them out in the long run!

I am hanging on tight, and I will be adding on any of the profit taking dips, until I get that dividend.

Something that I think is very strange. Is that people on the boards are just ignoring this stock and the divy they are going hopefully to give. A divy of .87 to 1.01 is big time. But people will get all excited over a stock that is giving a forward split that is going to dilute the company. IDWD has said this divy will not dilute the company. Also it could be all in cash or stock or a combination of both.

I guess is the PPS scares them off. Only thing I can think of.

I do not know if any one has noticed or not. But on IDWD's web site prior to the buying out of one of their items for 14M. TYCO was on their web site's home page. TYCO now is no longer there. Maybe TYCO was the buyer and this canceled their partnership. Just some thinking off the wall.

I sold all by shares of IDWD when they did not talk about the divy no more. I figure that it was not going to pay it. Now after the PR on the 15th. All they need now is the ex divy date from the NAZ. So I got back in. I would have been a fool not to jump back in.

In anticipation of the divy date announcement, I believe we will slowly climb to the mid 30's, and then test the 65-75 range after they announce the dividend date!

Notice: IDS USA will be closed for the Holidays; from December 26, 2005, through January 2, 2006. Best Wishes to all, for a wonderful Holiday Season and a Happy New Year.

------------------------------------------------

This came off of their web site. This makes me think if we do not get a PR by Friday on the divy. It will not come until after Jan 2. So this is making me think about selling IDWD on Friday afternoon and buying FCDH where I can get that divy on the 29th. Should show in my account on the 3rd/4th of January. Then jump back into IDWD soon as the FCDH divy hits my account. Sounds like a plan to me.

Here is some info on the Special One-Time Dividend we are to get.

-------------------------------------------------

Special One-Time Dividends
In addition to regular dividends, there are times a company may pay a special one-time dividend. These are rare and can occur for a variety of reasons such as a major litigation win, the sale of a business or liquidation of a investment. They can take the form of cash, stock or property dividends. Due to the temporarily lower rates of taxation on dividends, there has been an increase in special dividends paid in recent years.

To add sugar to spice, there are times when these, special one-time dividends are classified as a “return of capital”. In essence, these payments are not a payout of the company’s profits but instead a return of money shareholders have invested in the business. As a result, return of capital dividends are tax-free.

Special one-time dividends sometimes offer an opportunity for arbitrage.

IDS Worldwide, Inc. Reports Record Results and 900 Seat Call Center Expansion
Tuesday December 27, 11:41 am ET

IDS HLS Division Sales Rise 1100% in Latest Quarter

ORLANDO, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Dec 27, 2005 -- IDS Worldwide, Inc. (Other OTC:IDWD.PK - News) today announced that the company's HLS Division Sales increased over 1100% in the latest quarter forcing the company to begin to triple staffing. IDS HLS division provides security and fire protection as well as armed response 24 hours a day to residential and business clients. IDS plans to expand to several major cities in Asia in 2006 after the overwhelming acceptance of its customized security and fire services by consumers and businesses in 2005. IDS will continue to be the majority owner of HLS division after its completed sale of a minority interest announced earlier this year. IDS has established a new office base in Dubai earlier this quarter to facilitate the company's expansion plans in the Gulf Region. IDS plans to extend its security (including Biometric Perimeter and IT) and fire alarm services to Kuwait and Bahrain in 2006.
IDS also announced that it will expand the company's call center to 900 seats starting in the 1st quarter of 2006. The call center construction has been completed and IDS will now begin to staff the call center to meet the needs of future clients. IDS call center will offer worldwide security monitoring services to independent alarm dealers around the world. The call center will also serve clients by offering services such as technical help desks, inbound and outbound customer services, medical transcription services and order taking for the multi-billion dollar infomercial industry.

The call center industry is a Billion Dollar market in Asia used by Fortune 500 companies such as Microsoft, Dell, AOL and hundreds of other companies in a multitude of industry segments. IDS current call center capacity of 900 seats (and the ability to expand to 2700) represents 2700 billable 8 hour shifts per month with each contracted seat producing a gross net profit of $750 per month. IDS will provide its call center clients additional functionality of its proprietary RTA software which will allow call center operators to monitor the clients websites in real time with their customers with both voice and instant messaging with the ability to push documents to their customers when needed.

The combination of the HLS Division and Call Center Expansion will greatly increase IDS revenue and profit in 2006 over previous forecasts.

Which is it - Gross or Net Profit?

"...IDS current call center capacity of 900 seats (and the ability to expand to 2700) represents 2700 billable 8 hour shifts per month with each contracted seat producing a GROSS NET Profit of $750 per month...."

900 x 3 shifts seats at 750 U.S. bux a month is $ 2,025,000.00.

I have never heard the term "Gross Net Profit" in any Finance classes I ever took. It's either Gross Profit or Net Profit, not both.

I was wondering the same thing, Louie.

Perhaps they mean profit after costs but before taxes, etc.? Though that's pure speculation.

Anywho, $2mil PER MONTH in any form of revenue/profit is nothing to sneeze at when we're talking penny stocks. I'm glad I got into this company when I did.

Nice looking chart FOT, .23 is the breakout mark- IMO could get there and move to .35 quite easily. Look for news next week as the management should be back around.

Today is a bloodbath for all pennies, using it to pick up some good positions for next year [Smile]

Major consolidation going on.

Notice the CMF and positive divergence on the A/D lines before the last big run. There was 4 weeks of consolidation and then a nice spike.

We are nearing the 4th week now and we should see a nice pop here!

The 20dma is getting close to crossing the 50dma,and the pps is also getting ready to cross the 50dma... it is like all the lines are coming together into a triple point.

the bollis are getting really tight, the CMF is green and the CCI is getting close to crossing +100!

IMHO, this one is screaming BREAKOUT COMING!!!!!!

In one of the press releases, the company mentioned:

"The closing of the HKB contract was the final step in concluding this transaction and IDS will now shortly come to its decision on the ex-dividend date"

so after about one month, what happens to the dividend? Does anybody know?

Thanks,

Has anyone seen this? [Confused] [Confused]

Wednesday, January 18, 2006 14:01 ET

ORLANDO, FL, Jan 18, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- IDS Worldwide, Inc. (OTC: IDWD) today announced that the company is splitting into three separate corporate entities, with IDS Worldwide, Inc. remaining as the parent holding company. IDS advisors have determined this step is necessary to complete the minority sale of the Homeland Security Division and go forward with the distribution of the special one time dividend involved with this transaction.

The Divisions will be the Homeland Security Division (HLS), 995ad.com and the Research and Software Development Division. IDS advisors will proceed immediately for separate corporate, legal and accounting systems to be established for each division.

IDS Worldwide, Inc., at the present time, until sale of the minority interest in the HLS division, will remain 100% owner of these separate corporate subsidiaries.

IDS is hopeful this is the final hurdle to establishing the HLS division as its own publicly traded entity on the OTCBB market.

Any idea what will happen (or not happen) with the 1time dividend?

I sure hope this is going to work out just fine for me? [Eek!] [Eek!]

Hmm, I hadn't seen this. I guess this is why it dropped to .15 today?

Lucho this is the first time I've seen it too.
But it still says this:
IDS advisors have determined this step is necessary to complete the minority sale of the Homeland Security Division and go forward with the distribution of the special one time dividend involved with this transaction.

Take a look at the two prs of the company:

In previous pr, the company has mentioned:

"The closing of this contract was a significant factor in allowing IDS to pay a special one time dividend to its common stockholders."

and now , in its today's pr:

"... IDS advisors have determined this step is necessary to complete the minority sale of the Homeland Security Division and go forward with the distribution of the special one time dividend involved with this transaction."

I do not think it is hard for the management of the company to consult with their General Counsel and then release PRS. Reminds me of MLON.

IDS to Issue Special Dividend to IDS Common Stockholders

ORLANDO, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Jan 19, 2006 -- IDS Worldwide, Inc. (Other OTC:IDWD.PK - News) yesterday announced that the company is splitting into three separate corporate entities, with IDS Worldwide, Inc. remaining as the parent holding company.

IDS Worldwide, Inc. is making this corporate restructuring as the HLS Division is the only division involved in the previously announced sale. The HLS Division is being sold as previously reported by IDS and after the completion of the sale the acquiring public company is changing their corporate name to HLS Worldwide Security, Inc.

IDS Worldwide, Inc. will be the majority shareholder of this OTCBB traded company but HLS Worldwide Security, Inc. will be run by its own Officers and Board of Directors. Furthermore, upon completion of the sale all holders of IDS Worldwide, Inc. common stock will receive a Special Dividend Payment valued between $.87 and $1.01. IDS believes that the value of the dividend, because of recent rapid growth and new products being release in the 1st quarter of 2006, will exceed the value previously released by IDS Worldwide, Inc.

IDS felt that this divesture of the HLS Division, while allowing IDS to remain the majority shareholder will accomplish two things to increase the shareholder value for IDS common stockholders. First, by allowing the HLS Division to track separately on the OTCBB at higher PE levels will increase the value of the dividend paid to IDS common stockholders with no dilution and establishing this Division's identity as a Homeland Defense and Biometric Security Stock. These areas are some of the fastest growth segments in the market at this time. Secondly, it will allow the HLS Division easier access to capital as a reporting company.

IDS believes that these significant factors were sufficient reason to go forward with this transaction. IDS understands that delays in completing this transaction have caused frustration and concern for some shareholders. IDS however stand firmly that when completed this transaction significantly rewards the long term shareholders of IDS common stock.

Forward-Looking Statements

This press release contains "forward-looking statements" within the meaning of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. Statements in this release that are forward-looking statements are based on current expectations and assumptions that are subject to known and unknown risks, uncertainties, or other factors which may cause actual results, performance, or achievements of the company to be materially different from any future results, performance, or achievements expressed or implied by such forward-looking statements. Actual results could differ materially because of factors such as the effect of general economic and market conditions, entry into markets with vigorous competition, market acceptance of new products and services, continued acceptance of existing products and services, technological shifts, and delays in product development and related product release schedules, any of which may cause revenues and income to fall short of anticipated levels. All information in this release is as of the date of this release. The company undertakes no duty to update any forward-looking statement to conform the statement to actual results or changes in the company's expectations.

15k more shares for me. I sold my gzfx to get more. I had to buy at the ask as I was trying to split all morning, with no fills.

I received an email from the CEO along the same lines as the PR released this morning.
