DMTN.PK-> Word has it the company will come out with huge news Monday am. According to a credible source that talked to the CEO said he mentioned he would address shareholders on a press release Monday. In that press release he would indicate share structure (float of 6 mil) and that the company would become a reporting company dec. 31! It would make a move to the OTCs next year! Hell of a buy under .02 with 600,000 in contracts in the bank, and a 6 mil float! Furthermore, it was trading at .30 months ago with volume in the million. Float has not been altered in a manner that would beat the stock down so low. I Smell a bounce! I AM CALLING IT NOW! Mark this post, and load up tomorrow! If the PR is out Monday am thank me! Even if so 19 mil for a pink sheet trading under .02 with intentions to move to the OTCBB is dirt cheap! I can name 1000 companies trading much higher with no revs with float 20 times as high.

That is the problem with pinks you never know...LOL ...especially when they just filed a PDF or Word document as "financial reports" but not SEC filling.. HUH......... everything is pointing down if you ask me... of course i dont call CEOS so I might no be aware of that impending PR's ...LOL... Then again be aware of those who claimed they have spoke to them.....

prd.. you are right... it is a pinkie, and we have to be careful.
Talking to the CEO is never a guarantee that news will be coming.. I learned that the hard way on ICMH...and I am still waiting!
Anyway... the couple things I like here, is that they are actually working and generating an income, and have a growing backlog... they better take care of that soon, or someone else might find a way to deliver what the customers want a little quicker. but they are taking the right steps by growing the workforce to take care of the business...
So, all in all, I think this one has some good potential and could be a really nice play, especially since it is a lower float stock!

Livin- I've talked to him, and my source is never wrong. Take it as you want it but monday many will be surprised when they see that DMTN will file December 31st and will move to the OTCBB next year. Most other CEO's would of released this way earlier for all the hype. But this is a serious company! I know you guys don't really know me, but I AM NEAR 100% positive news will be out monday! Take it as you want it, and if I'm right you guys can make me credible next time!

I got on this two days ago at .018! MM's won't let you get cheap shares. Danny I think compared to a lot of other companies DMTN is a diamond. Small float. Real products. Going to the OB is january. Steal at these levels...
