Future Quest Announces Shareholder Dividend Monday December 5, 1:30 pm ET
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo., Dec. 5, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Future Quest Nevada, Inc. (Other OTC:FQNI.PK - News) (The Company) announced today that the Board of Directors have authorized a thirty for one (30 for 1) share dividend to all common shareholders of record December 15, 2005. This dividend will have an effective date of December 19, 2005.
Pursuant to this stock forward split, shareholders will receive thirty shares of common stock for every one share of common stock held, at record date. Any fractional shares resulting from this forward split will be rounded up to the next whole share.
The Company recently announced that it has acquired a producing oil well and surrounding land lease, in an all cash transaction. The lease terms provide the company with 100% working interest with a 75% Net Royalty Interest in the ``Hill Lease'' in Navarro County Texas. The Company is currently analyzing the data from the current production to determine additional drilling targets and methods for enhancing current flow rate. ``We expect that with the introduction of various technologies such as a lateral drilling program, the current production can be significantly enhanced,'' states company president, Mr. Tim DeHerrera.
The company expects to solidify its development plans prior to year end.
Future Quest Nevada, Inc. is a development stage company in the Oil and Gas Exploration Industry.

Hey Father, What's the catch. You mean to tell me if I buy 5000 shares I will actually end up with 150000 shares. Is there any restriction on when you are allowed to sell your shares you recieve from the forward split? It sounds a little to good to be true.

so what will happen to this after the split? will it hit the bottom of the pile or what? anybody know anything about these guys and the r/s that was done earlier in the year? looks like the prices,< even though they are above 0.10 right now for this topic,> are headed straight for the basement.

also what about restrictions like Taber asked? i understand that these were common shares as it was stated, but it does sound almost too good to be true???

yes they R/S earlier when they changed names/ownership.... You can see their last financial statement (YES financial statement for a pinkie at http://www.pinksheets.com/quote/finance.jsp?symbol=FQNI ) however indicates that they have not diluted any shares. I also believe they R/S right after the paid 40 mill shares to pay old company leadership/owners $60,000 in old debt.
the shares are unrestricted and can be sold anytime after Dec 19th when they are awarded. So, you have to be a shareholder as of the 15th, and you can sell your initial shares on the 16th. Then on the 19th you should receive 30 times your original investment autmoatically in your account
IMHO, they are awarding the shares to increse the float to try and bring a little liquidity to the market. With a super low float, no one can trade... there needs to be at least a little liquidity in the market to make a market.

I actually read it as if you buy 5000 shares before dec 15th, then on december 19th you will receive 150,000 shares, and you will still own your original 5000.
So the correct answer would be 155,000 shares.
