Good news for those who are holding USXP. The bottom is hit at 0.0004 as shown by the last 20 trades - 17 buys and 3 sales; the sales are small orders placed by the MMs to scare the investors.

I didn't keep track of the ratio, but the pps has dropped from 0.0008 to 0.0004 in the past 3 weeks. I just want to find out the bottom of this stock and how the MMs handle it -- they just want to get the investors to sell them for 0.0003. So, investors hold your shares tight and wait for the MMs' game -- after they collect all the cheap shares, they will raise the pps. Wait and see.

Universal Express, Inc. (OTCBB: USXP - News), announced today that its balance sheet for its fiscal first quarter ending September 30, 2005, has substantially improved over the first quarter ending September 30, 2004.
Total stockholders' equity increased to $695,464 for the 2005 first quarter from a stockholders' deficiency of $320,939 for the 2004 first quarter, an increase of $1,016,403, or over 1300%.
Total assets increased by $693,737 for the 2005 quarter compared to the 2004 quarter, while total liabilities decreased by $320,666.
Debt was reduced by $407,500 from the 2004 quarter.
Revenues from the Company's logistics and international shipping businesses increased over 100% for the latest quarter compared with the 2004 quarter.

Revenues from our logistics and international shipping business have almost doubled in each of the last five fiscal quarters compared with corresponding quarters. USXP has many deals going on plus a 150mm$ pending judgement to be collected. The ceo will do whatever it takes to raise the pps. More prs are expected next week. 0.0005 is the best gamble one can buy in 2005.

USXP is an air travel security company; it looks promising; but dilustion is a big risk for investors; I will not play it until they collect some of the 750 mm$ judgement in their favor. Instead you should do DD for PMED; it has a cycle of 3 weeks; the next one is due soon; study the chart and watch the closings of the last 3 days.

Dilution is big problem with USXP. PrdPonce reported that it diluted 20% in last quarter. The pps dropped 50% in one month. However, if you could get in at 0.0004, you will certainly be a winner. It's a great gamble to get in at bottom. Please also do DD for JKRI, the MMs are cooking on it.

Hi, DWE. It's very safe to play USXP when it's at the bottom. But you will be tited of waiting because of the huge float. You may also watch the charts of JKRI and CPNL next week, they will behave like SYCI last week. Their charts are very similar.
