rsi at bottom while cmf now rising. 0035 bottom area, looking to get back into 005's++ next week.
pinky with profits, check pinksheets. only 750mil authorized shares. fully diluted it still only has a 3mil market cap, and i don't think the shares are near 750mil, more like 500mil. i like it. reminds me of plni back in the quiet days before green baron got on the rocket.

Sounds like HMSG is doing what MRKL - Markland Technologies, another Homeland Security Company is doing and that is screwing their shareholders. But then again, who knows... Maybe HMSG will come out on top of things.

I used to think this was a good company. All good PR's but the stock tanked. I just got out at a 70% loss. I agree with DWE's statment that I thin the company is sticking it to the shareholders.

I went through a 150% loss with MRKL and you would think these Homeland Defense companies would be a good thing to invest in with our current events going on but now I'm staying away from these companies. Most of these small Homeland companies love to dump shares and do reverse splits.

I'm in holding long and strong. This one is a rare profitable beauty that knows how to get business. Company been selling products and expanding pretty good. Plus, it doesn't instill false expectations like many of these no-good-to-do companies.

150% loss? I thought a 100% loss is all of it.. I'm sure if it's possible to get a 150% loss, I'd have found it by now!!! hmmmm

You surely can.. and each time, if you lose it all.. it's 100%...But I know what you're saying. Lose it all one time - 100%, lose it all a 2nd time, - 100%= 200%

well, nobody likes it except explorer. the way i look at it, its bottomed, and now reason to sell now. the still only have 750million authorized shares. now they've already reported profitability on pinksheets. even if they fully diluted the stock, issueing all possible shares, we are still only looking at a...
$ 3 MILLION MARKET CAP.
sounds like a buy to me. this thing could triple and still have a small market cap. ready for a penny.

HMSG is getting ready to move up again IMO. It appears that shares are getting much more difficult to aquire in larger buy orders. The company has NO DEBT and Products are selling. We are getting close to the next filing and I'm sure that we will be happy with what we see. This company is determined to make an impact on the Homeland Security Sector. Don't be talked out of your shares, stay strong and keep the faith. GLTYA!

Homeland Security Group International, Inc. Reports Positive Test Results from Moldable Bulletproof Composite
DEL MAR, Calif., Dec 15, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Colonel Jeffrey A. Powers, CEO of Homeland Security Group International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:HMSG) announced today initial testing of a potentially revolutionary new bulletproof material has been completed. Through Police Training Consultants, LLC and its founder Ron Frigulti (HMSG Military Advisory Member), HMSG has been working with an undisclosed composite material research and development company to formulate a lightweight, moldable, composite material with significant bulletproofing capability. Initial testing of the 1/4-inch composite material stopped 9mm rounds from a distance of ten feet. HMSG will be conducting additional testing of this material in order to determine its potential at stopping high velocity munitions, including 5.56mm and 7.62mm. The light weight of the composite material and the company's ability to mold it opens up a wide array of potential uses. Founder and CEO of Police Training Consultants, LLC (PTC) Ron Frigulti, will assist HMSG in designing the further ballistics testing and will be working with the team of scientists at the composite manufacturing firm to further refine and improve the composite material. HMSG anticipates further data will be available in early 2006.
"In 2004, Ceradyne, Inc. received over $450 million in orders for Ceramic SAPI plates (Small Arms Protective Plates) from the US military. Another industry leader, Armor Holdings, has reported similarly sized orders for up-armoring military vehicles and providing body armor. Our research from active military units in Iraq and Afghanistan has resulted in HMSG collectively positioning the company to devote substantial resources in the sector for 2006," commented Colonel Jeffrey Powers, CEO, HMSG. "The current technology has been proven to be extremely effective and has saved many lives in combat. Improvements can clearly be made in this entire arena by creating products that can be molded or shaped for specific uses. Utilization in vehicle protection, aircraft, water craft, and body-worn applications are ready markets for a lighter, moldable, bulletproof material that can be quickly and cost-effectively incorporated into the military units' urban combat operations," concluded Colonel Powers.
