Thought I would start this since it appears the other one was deleted. Can anyway explain the reverse splits on May and April that allegedly occurred in 2004 AND 2005? It shows up under the OTCBB history section on Calbtech and I want to know if they actually happened. I called them but they apparently don't answer the phone and AGORA (their IR firm) isn't replying either.

The info I have is a 1 for 14 R/S back in 04-21-03.
Current O/S 49.94m but after the dilution there will be 97m O/S... I sure hope this is it because I like the company but not until dilution is over... I have been trading it down here but if it goes back to mid 3's... may take a longer term position... Have no idea when this dilution will be over... your guess is as good as mine... almost 50m more to go... JMHO and GL

That link takes you too many other informative press releases and various pr’s. The adult stem cell industry is going to be measured in the hundreds of billions without any doubt. CLBE is linked up with just about all of the major pharmaceutical companies and when you read some of the links you will see why that is so important. These companies are throwing around tens of millions of dollars into stem cell related companies, trust me; they know exactly what they are doing.
