Could be a good chance for them to land a deal with their Anti.Fatigue tools since they are the only mouse that is buy accessible on the gov. section 508 listings.

Torbay Holdings, Inc.: GSA Assistive Technology Day Presentation in Washington, D.C. Is Open to the Public & Gettysburg Feedback Tuesday December 13, 10:13 am ET
MINEOLA, NY--(MARKET WIRE)--Dec 13, 2005 -- Torbay Holdings, Inc. (OTC BB:TRBY.OB - News) announced today that the GSA had asked that TRBY make it clear that, as Section 508 is intended as Accessibility for all, the forthcoming Assistive Technology Day event, December 15th, 2005 in Washington, D.C. is open to everyone, Federal Government employees and members of the public alike. The Assistive Technology Showcase will feature Designer Appliances, Inc's Virtually Hands Free Mousing system, which is Assistive Technology (under Section 504 of the ADA) for persons with, in this case, hand dexterity disability. This includes persons with Arthritis, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and other hand impairments. Links to information as to the event are provided below.
Vendor presentation day at the Section 508 Coordinators Training Conference in Gettysburg, PA, took place on December 8, 2005. Designer Appliances, Inc. delivered a presentation as to the operable elements of the standards in regards to the mouse input device as well as performing demonstrations of its Section 508 standard meeting mouse and Section 504 compliant Virtually Hands Mousing system (AirO2bic mouse with Nib Clickless software). During the slide presentation an analysis of the applicable standards in relation to the terms "tight grasping, pinching and twisting of the wrist" was given. These are key tenants of the design standards for "Operable Controls." Our explanation was provided as to what might be a possible impact and consequence of a user's requirement for continuous grip and wrist twisting, which is necessary in the use of conventional and mostly non Section 508 compliant computer mice. This was both from our own pilot-study data and from some of the findings of the repealed OSHA Ergonomics Program. In addition: other vendor's Voluntary Product Assertion Templates (VPATs) that pertained to computer mice, and by which vendor assertions of compliance are made, were inspected and, in the light of our determination of the standards, Section 508 Coordinators were invited to make their own evaluation of the compliance of those vendor VPATs.
Tom Large, President & CEO stated; "It is realistic to say that we are developing a solid and professional relationship with the GSA and the Section 508 group as we bring focus to the need for full Section 508 compliance by literal interpretation of the standards that pertain to the computer mouse. We saw this event as a significant opportunity to stand up and qualify our assertions to those who advise those who make procurement decisions. We were the only mouse hardware presented and demonstrated at the conference. Mouse units on display were purchased and taken by Coordinators at the event. From feedback received by Designer Appliances, Inc., Section 508 standards and computer mice were 'the' topic of conversation at lunch that day. An invitation was extended to us to attend an agency level Section 508 conference in the spring."
Designer Appliances, Inc. is leading the way in the development of Anti.Fatigue(TM) tools and technologies to manage the impact that fatigue is now understood to have upon computer users. Anti.Fatigue(TM) design conforms to Universal Design criteria so produces products that are more "Accessible and Assistive" to all, including persons with dexterity impairment or disability. We are all capable of fatigue.

Torbay Holdings Signs Digital Download Contract with Global iTunes Media Distributor Thursday January 5, 10:37 am ET
MINEOLA, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 5, 2006--Torbay Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB:TRBY - News) announced today that it has signed a Digital Download Agreement with AWAL (UK) Ltd, a global distributor of digital media to iTunes(TM) and other media providers. Under the terms of the agreement, AWAL will distribute Torbay's Relaxmoor(TM) and iRelaxmoor(TM) (iTunes(TM) version) products, which extend the functionality and user experience of the Company's existing pc-based Brakemoor(TM) product to personal media devices such as the iPod(TM) and other MP3 players. The initial Digital Distribution Agreement relates to audio versions of Relaxmoor(TM), ahead of signing a video licensing agreement, which AWAL is currently awaiting from Apple (Nasdaq:AAPL - News). ADVERTISEMENT
Based in Sheffield, United Kingdom, AWAL is a rapidly growing company that specializes in the aggregation, encoding and sale of music and spoken word content through digital music service providers such as iTunes(TM), Napster® (Nasdaq:NAPS - News), HMV(TM) and Virgin(TM). AWAL has been delivering a diverse range of music to iTunes(TM), in particular, since November 2004.
The Relaxmoor(TM) products, designed as a tool for adults with busy lifestyles, will provide users with identical "user relaxation experience capabilities" on both their computers and mobile devices and is a part of Torbay's total "anti-fatigue" strategy, a new business genre that the Company has dubbed, "Relax on the Run." Relaxmoor(TM) seeks to extend the market for and awareness of TRBY's Anti.Fatigue(TM) hardware and software products, while having the potential to generate revenue of its own. Initial Relaxmoor(TM) versions have been tested by business and leisure travelers on airplanes and by subjects who have difficulty in sleeping in hotels and have met with rave reviews.
President & CEO of Torbay Holdings, Tom Large, commented: "We are delighted to be working with AWAL to gain a foothold in the global iTunes(TM) download arena. All iTunes(TM) users utilize a pointing device, like a computer mouse of some description to purchase their download from the online store. This is where synergies between our existing business and the Relaxmoor(TM) product become plainly obvious. We believe that exposure of Relaxmoor(TM) on iTunes(TM) as well as other download sites will provide momentum for our Anti.Fatigue(TM) concept, establishing a direct link to our other hardware and software products." He continued, "We have engaged the services of a therapist to advise us on the relaxation aspects of both Brakemoor(TM) and Relaxmoor(TM). This investment is on the basis of early feedback that suggests we may have a unique opportunity before us. We will be investigating voices and vocabulary options for their impact upon the state of relaxation of users relative to personality types. The empirical data collected from our studies support a sound investment thesis in this direction. We will provide various media experiences and choices for recovery and relaxation that will engage users, both in audio, video and mixed mediums. Once the initial library is built we will then introduce language options."

10k Looks to be delayed here on trby. No big deal we should see it soon imo. Volume picking up lately, and we close green today. Would love to see good #s in the 10k, and wouldn't mind seeing a deal in there that we have been waiting for. That would surely get things kickin here...

Over 1m volume for the day. Things are sure picking up here as we are getting closer to the 10K... Why don't you enlighten us on the chart 7of9 ? Looks fine to me ! I am not too concerned with charts anyways, as they do not mean much at all in the OTC market.
