GLOBAL TRIAD, INC. Issues This Corporate Update; ("The Company") Provides Its Shareholders This Update on Aspects of the Company's Status and Damages Due to the Hurricane Wilma
FT. LAUDERDALE, FL, Nov 04, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- GLOBAL TRIAD, INC. (OTC: GTRD) is a publicly traded company currently on the Over the Counter.
GLOBAL IS A TRIPLE PLAY COMPANY and offers diverse and proprietary technology products and services catering to Telecommunication, Broadband Internet, and Video on Demand consumers where demand for these services will remain high for years to come.
Though GLOBAL has sustained minimum damage due to hurricane Wilma, our affiliate partner currently hosting our web site suffered a significant amount of damage. Additionally, GLOBAL is at the mercy of damage caused to the local fiber infrastructure and is working diligently on making the necessary arrangements to re-establish all web connections to keep our Shareholders informed of current activities.
As a special note to our Shareholders: GLOBAL TRIAD, INC. is presently in the final stages of completing the necessary audit, and we believe this Audit will be completed by the end of November, 05.
As of today Global WiFi employees have been working very hard to return all systems to normal and so far have recovered 60% to operating status. We feel we shall have our entire system 100% by the end of next week.

yea i was about to buy this yesterday then it dropped 30 % the chart looked prime. i think it still is but this thing needs news and lots of volume and it will move. its just too risky right now. i think if you hold for a month you will double your money.

getting ready to hit the 20dma
pps sold off after PR talked aobut minor damaged suffered from hurricane. This was temporary and it should move back up to a correct valuation!

yes i agree if i have funds i will probably put them in as soon as this thing shows a positive uptrend has been way to volatile for the last month.

Audit results coming out... probably next week.
This one was trading at .12 just 5 months ago!
I think it will jump back to the .045 range rather quickly, on anticipation of the audit release! That is why I am jumping in early, so I don't have to chase it!

i agree, it shouldnt drop below .01 again it has much more up potential than down. yes it should settle anywhere from .05 to .03 either way you make lots of $$. im still in ies right now but id even put unsettled funds in this one just cause id be leavin it for a while.

whens the volume on this thing gonna pick up? if it just had half the normal amount each day this would move 10 to 20 percent... GTRD needs news badly!!!
Next week will surely be a good week as the audit results should be coming out!

yea i got out today i was tired of waiting ive lost like 3 grand on this crap stock. i know its gonna go up soon i am just impatient. good luck father of 2...
I also like the way the CMF has been diverging positive for the last 3-4 weeks... and with the accum line finally starting to show a little positive divergence, and getting close to crossing the 20dma, the indicators are definitely improving.
also note just how tight he bolli bands are getting! I think this one is getting ready to have a sweet ride up to .035+... The first resistance is at .015 and the next is not til .04!

looks like it found the bottom and is now picking up in volume and getting some nice hits on the ask!
could be a sign that a PR is forthcoming to reveal the audit results!

trading activity has been interesting to say the least...
MM's opened up the bid x ask by dropping the bid on one 5K trade at .0085, and then 1 more trade for 450 shares at .008.... which is a $3.60 trade!
IMHO, they know what is getting ready to happen and they don't want to raise it up as they are trying to shake out the sellers to cover their short positions....
I am trying to pick up some more on the split, but I seriously doubt it will fill.
Once this one gets going, the first resistance is .0145, and then nothing until .04!
