I'll try and get around to filing something with StockPatrol. Of course, if this is revealed to be a scam before I get some of my money back, I'll never get my money back... but I suppose it's the right thing to do.... I'll give them a couple more days to return your email and/or post some more decent PR that answers some of the big questions and states that no RS is going to happen under the new management.... if things keep looking weird, though, it'll be time to file with the Patrol...

How much "pull" does the stockpatrol have? What can they do? Not familiar with them.
I know your dilema Lucas. If you find out something detrimental to a stock you hold (such as that the CEO is in the pinksheet shell business and has flipped more than one shell in the last few months) do you with hold that information so you can cover your own arse, or do you make it public and hope to survive the exedous?

News for 'CWMF' - (Commonwealth American Financial Group Executes Letter of Intent to Acquire a 56 Acre Parcel of Land)
MIAMI, Nov 30, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Commonwealth American Financial Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:CWFG) announced today that it has executed a definitive letter of intent and tendered an earnest money deposit to acquire a 56 acre parcel of land in North Central Florida. The agreement is subject to clear title and all applicable laws.
The parcel is situated in a very high growth area of North Central Florida. The project will get under way upon a completed closing. The company will then also begin a sales and marketing campaign for the property.
Ms. Ryals, President and CEO, said: "We are very excited about this acquisition as it creates another revenue stream for the company. This type of acquisition is consistent with our goals and objectives in building the company's real estate/development division. We will continue to acquire additional real estate projects such as this that will yield high returns."
The mission of Commonwealth American Financial Group, Inc. is to invest in land development projects either as developer, joint venture partner, or lender and create mezzanine-financing opportunities. The company will also grow by acquiring subsidiaries in related fields such as construction, real estate brokerage-appraisal-management, in Florida, Texas and Louisiana.

It's not that they really have "pull" but they really investigate the company and report their findings. If there is anything fishy we would know about it. They really help with investigation. However, at this point with CWFG I think it is wise for us, the stockholders, to demand answers from Ms. Ryals. Afterall, it is our money that she is playing with. We have the right to know. Problem is if you wanna pull out - you can't - nobody is buying this stock.

This is disheartening. PR + PR = nothing. Anyone have any thoughts on what it will take for this baby to move. We have good volume daily. Some days the volume is 1/4 of a billion shares and nothing happens. Someone give me a rope and show me the nearest tree. arrrgghhhhh.
