I'm playing.....last year I played it from .003 to .007 and in 3 days it ran to .21 with me selling at .019! Now not saying that will happen this time but.........It looks good for a run now!

1. To elect a board of directors composed of seven members for the following year. Management has nominated M. Dewey Bain, Darrell Carver, Shawn Chemtov, Mary Hitt, Harold Jackson, Richard L. , and Melvin Williams.
2. To vote upon a proposal to restate and amend the certificate of incorporation to: increase the number of authorized shares from 800 million to 1.5 billion;
3. To vote upon a proposal to restate and amend the certificate of incorporation to designate 150 million shares as preferred shares with terms to be determined by the Board of Directors;
4. To vote upon a proposal to restate and amend the certificate of incorporation to augment the indemnification provisions of the Georgia Corporation Code.
