Al, arn't we expecting a few other PR's before the Inmarket announcement? And also, what about the Dec. 20th target date? We spoke about the InMark news coming around the 20th. I think we'll get 1 or 2 small PR's before the big news that would push us into the .1 pps.

AN, I suspect the INM deal is done, and will likely be the first release. I further suspect that the merger deal is in the works, if not also (nearly) finalized, and that that would be the next issue.
However, it might be best for me to predict that the stock is going to tumble to new lows, we're going to be delisted, Kat's a dude, and our hard drives are all going to crash, since I'm usually wrong.

Because, I'm not trying to be negative or anything. In fact, overall i think everyone that hold long will gain from the NAS listing. But, to be good investors... we must face the bad trends too. MOTG(E) been bouncing down to .5 or .56 everytime we touch .7 And MOTG said it would probably be 2006 when we get listed on NAZ. My prediction is this ( and for those that don't like bad news with good news... TOO BAD. overall this stock looks good... so don't hate over small bad news it comes with )... we will drop to .5, .054, or .056 a few more times as small PRs come out. Maybe even when the INM deal is announced. PPS will rise up probably over .8 and 'maybe' to 1.0 but i see it dropping below because of short holders and NITE. If that does happen, everyone should stay calm... because we'll still see NAS in 2006. I come to this prediction by watching QUIETLY how this stock been performing. It's like watching Ron Artest recently. --HOLD LONG EVERYONE--

AN, don't be afraid to express negative opinions. Your intentions are good, so no one is going to have a problem with that.
As for me, I'm going to respectfully (and hopefully) disagree with you. I think the PPS has dropped because of not only the long wait for Ks and Qs, but also because of the hohum info contained therein. If AW starts piling on good news after good news, I don't see us plummeting into the 5s again.
Let's hope I'm right.

I would start the new thread with the InMarketing PR/8K. We need the 8K since it is material. I will keep everyone posted with respect as to when this PR might get released.
WHG, yes the 20th was the date I was advised for the major Nasdaq news.

It all depends on the dillution no dillution more pr's the price will move up. It also could be a delayed reaction I have seen that before. This pr was completly overlooked because of IMG. They opened another revenue producing store.

I can tell you that az posted that diaaf was dilluting shares and that he sold because of that from what I read...also he indicated the there mey be an r/s...If people are pissed over that I say don't kill the messanger..either way we all make our own decisions on whether to buy or sell...always do your dd....

That's kinda funny about AZ and Diaaf. You all know how people can be... wasn't that you Kat who was leading the posse to lynch me, because I offered some news shared with me? Turns out my news was legit, as is my source, but it's easy to doubt and smart to be skeptical. Anything AZ has posted re: his contact with AW has been "dead-on-balls accurate." (name that movie please) So we know he's not FOS here and from what I know of AZ he wasn't FOS on Diaaf either. If someone doesn't want to read a topic thread of a future Nasdaq company because AZ started it then, um, to heck with them. (I'm being polite to avoid any personal fouls or eternal damnation...)
FWIW my vote is still AZ... and if not him Warped or Al or Tech or Kat or Oh Yeahhh or even Bully Boy Buyer... as long as SOMEONE starts the new thread when we have kick-butt news.

As far as Diaaf goes, I did talk to the CEO and reported what I was told, and as evidenced by the share price and o/s figure the CEO was telling the truth.

Ok so I got ahead of myself oops is all I can say. But I still think IMG is done and we will rock hard. Trade04 your fun to have around but you do this too much you are doing the same thing on RB I hope your funds come in soon and you can get your shares. The problem with what you are doing is that it is to apparent. That said I really do wish you the best and hope you get alot more shares. Take care buddy
