Nice... I walk away for an hour and look what happens! :-)

Is it just me, or is this Q disappointing?

I tried to tell everyone to have low expectations for this Q. It was never about the Q. It's about the pr's and the next 2 or 3 Q's when all these acquisitions dump their revenues into MOTG's pocket [Smile]

Hang on for the ride, E comes off Thursday morning and Welch has said that he'll be filing pr's shortly thereafter!

Hi all,

I've been trying to catch up to the postings all morning. Had to actually go and work. I looked through the Q quickly and will try to get on the computer in the next location but will someone give me their take on the statement made in the Liquidity and Capitol Resources section that states;
The Company has incurred substantial losses through September 30, 2005. Until such time that the Company's products and services can be successfully marketed, the Company will continue to need to fulfill working capital requirements through the sale of stock and/or the issuance of debt. The inability of the Company to continue its operations as a going concern would impact the recoverability and classification of recorded asset amounts.

The ability of the company to continue in existence is dependent on its having sufficient financial resources to bring products and services to market for marketplace acceptance. As a result of its significant losses, negative cash flows from operations, and accumulated deficits for the periods ending September 30, 2005, there is doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.

Thanks

Moving, standard disclaimer by the auditors. Substantial losses means money spent. On what is the question, and we all know what. Don't sweat it!

Hi tech, not sweating it just curious about the last statment saying;
there is doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern.
That's a standard misclaimer for all companies on their Q's?

On another note I wrote Scottrade a polite but not so nice letter today about getting going with some type of transfer system. Told them it's been weeks which is way to long.
Still haven't received a reply and that was early.

movingup--they require that disclaimer whenever there is a net loss.

Here comes arca with a little more dilution.

Yes, I think this was a disappointing Q. It looks to me like they have about 5mm in revenue through sept. With HNET bringin in nothing. They seem to think they are going to be able to bring in another 5 mil in the last quarter from holiday sales. That seems a little optimistic to me.

So far for the year they have over 8mil in assets and nearly 5mil in revenue.

I see that line in every report where the company has a loss. It's like the "Do not iron clothes while they are being worn" warning you get when you buy an iron. Or "Hot Liquid" warnings on coffee cups.

Hmmm. I thought the reason why they didn't annouse the Inmark deal was because they were adding it into the Q.

No mention of it there. In order for the company to generate Cash in order to keep it going will be the assurance of stock sale. Hmmm. Not good.

Q Report Misses there mark for 20 mil in 05. No where's near it.

Yes. I was Right ALL ALONG. .04 here we come.

BB no one seriously thought that Inmarketing was going to be on this Q. Maybe a RB pumper looking for a reason for the tardiness. Inmarketing would have had to close in September to make it onto this Q. The earliest release date posted was October 15. That's what you and I are waiting for right? The release of the Inmarketing acquisition which - as you know - is rumored to be done. It will show on the next Q.

I can't wait for you to become a pumper [Wink]

Here's a response to your responses to my response to everyone else's response to BigBuyer's response:

that was the first sale in a while, but I think it was nite playing with himself....

Haha! You make a comment about not making sex jokes, then in the next sentence you say that NITE is playing with himself. Too funny! Kat, I'm the same guy (I'm sure some of you will debate what I mean by "guy", but I'm not going there) I was 5 minutes before you knew that I used to be a minister. I'm not a self-righteous, holier-than-thou type of guy... I mean, really, with the exception of you since you seem to be exceptionally perceptive, did any of you have any idea that I was even a religious person? I'm a normal guy, so relax. Now, it is true that I prefer to stay away from certain discussions and I don't particularly like to read them either... but when they come up, I just skip them... I don't expect everyone to change for me. I mean, yes, it would be nice if I didn't have to worry about it... but I'm not gonna force my conscience on anyone else. So relax... if you're extra careful with what you say, that's really nice and I appreciate it... if you aren't, that's your prerogative and I'm fine with that too. I'm still WarpedMind! [Big Grin]

I don't believe in religion either though I love spirituality. There's a big difference, normally.

You're a good sport Al. [Smile] I agree with you about your religion vs. spirituality comment. More on that with my reply next to whg...

Naw, I'm not gonna sermonize, whg... in fact, I totally agree. With the way religions are today, it's a wonder that there are many left who are even part of organized religion! Unfortunately, too many have made religion a business instead of a way to satisfy spiritual need and provide guidance.

Though it takes both east and west to make a true picture of what god looks like. The pacifist and the aggressor, the god within and the god without. All religions have some truth. It's a matter of weeding out what people have added to the ancient texts or deleted to assist their control over the masses. The Bible used to have references to reincarnation in it before they were removed so the Catholic Church could retain their control over the "scared" masses. It's a shame really. Jesus was not anything like what his followers are today (including "white" btw)

Interesting comments, Al. It definitely is a shame of how "truth" has been altered by some.

Anyways... not trying to turn this into a religious thread... just responding to a few posts.

Yeah, Al, I figured that the Q would not be that stellar... but this is even more disappointing than I suspected. Do you still it's still along the lines of what we should have expected?

I hope that they bring out some serious PRs tomorrow. Can anyone email AW and ask if they plan on doing so (and to some MAJOR pr organizations) this week?

No--BB is right.

There should not be 1.1 mil in general expenses in a single quarter when there are three employees. They could have showed a net profit otherwise.

I just emailed welch and heard back from him that he still expects 20mm He says holidat revenue and they are opening a new store.

I also emailed him about the salaries.

Alright. The important thing is the Q is behind us. The SEC has in their hands a well-audited financial statement that confirms the acquisitions of Sound City and Hnet and documents a $23,000 down payment on Inmarketing. If anyone was ever worrying about "is this company for real?" the answer is "Yes!" I believe in Welch. I believe that he has closed Inmarketing and that there is still an acquisition - or two - coming down the pipes here. Hang in there gang, we're basing a lot lower than I thought but I still expect to see nice runnup on a happy pr or two released later this week [Big Grin]

This is intestinal fortitude time when we separate the men from the boys from the metros.

Go MOTG!

here is what I sent....is that tough enough for you guys???

Mr Welch,

Needless to say, we are all extremely disappointed with the Q. Can you please explain to me how you expect to have 20 million in revenue, when you only have 5 for the first three quarters? We all feel like we have been lied to, and now the stock is plummeting back into the 4 cents range.

"During the three months ended September 30, 2005, expenses amounted to $1,127,723, attributable mainly to general and administrative expenses of $671,145, officers' salaries of $375,570, interest expenses of $81,008 and preferred stock dividends of $47,465."

Why is it that three employees need 1 million in salaries over a three month period? Don't you think it would be prudent to show a little green on your financials? Take a profit instead of a loss to show that you are legitimate.

Or are you just in the business of making money for yourself. I am extremely disappointed, and I can't get my $30,000 back right now without taking a loss.
