Right now, it looks like they're consistent with what's going on, though. Not getting your fill at the ask is one thing, a boatload of buys today is another ... and they're slowly walking the price down.
It appears that they're trying to shake the tree.

servant...maybe EOD consolidation but if what I am hearing comes true this stock is simply going to fly.DD then and look what connections they have already and if they get a 5 to 10 year contract(rumor)with WFMI that is a MAJOR deal!!

After speaking with my contact on the west coast today he clearly specified that Whole Foods Market inc (WFMI) is contracting DIAAF for 5 to 10 years at $150 million and the only thing they are waiting on now is the PR approval by WFMI which is expected within 7 days but he believes a PR may be released tomorrow.
I personally bought 1.4 million shares even before I knew this info based on DD alone after the tip, I have heard quite a bit lately concerning the Oxo-Biodegradable Technology plastics. we all know that these sub plays are long shots but too many facts are adding up here that’s why I went in pretty deep. I think its worth some of your DD time.

Ok heres what we got...As for accurate numbers heres what I have,we have a float in the area of 55 mill and an OS at just under 374 mill which was recently half that since they did a 2 for 1 forward split and not an S-8 which is good.I do not have the exact numbers on the restricted shares involved yet.As for news,this company has put out news on Fridays before (although imo its a waste of a PR since they have a better effect in the early week)The last Friday PR was on Oct 28th around 3pm and Oct 21st after close around 7pm so if anyone intends on getting in they should finish their DD and try to have a position before this afternoon just in case a decent PR comes out after close today (but who knows,they could hold off until next week on the PR)
If the contract deal does become fact especially by a major food giant like WFMI then you can bet it will have a snowball effect and other smaller companies in the food industry may take a position with DIAAF.If your reading thru the PR's you will find some important wording such as "exclusive marketing rights" exclusive marketing and distribution rights to the Territory of the People's Republic of China for Diamant stretch film, a non-PVC food wrap. Diamant Art Corporation has already secured the rights to the U.S.A., Canada, Mexico and Bahamas and now with the addition of the Territory of the People's Republic of China, gives the Company exclusive marketing and distribution rights for Diamant stretch film to a population of 1.3 billion and in the North American market of $700 million industry.

Would appear that the naked short position got rolling somewhere around that 27 mil share trade date with a settlement date for those trades around the 3rd. Likely some of the 1mil share trade blocks are some covering.

I have a small 25k buy at .0085 set at AON and still nothing...you would think that would be easy to fill!!!they simply are not filling any blocks at all with just 2 mill volume!

permanentjuan....I bought my shares based on DD before I caught wind of this rumor,just looking at the DD tells me this is a well worth investment at these levels.I am confident we will get a PR within the next 7 trading days though.
I also just stepped back in to check out whats happening and got an e-mail from my west coast contact,I ask him why he thinks they are not allowing any big block buys.......here it is.

So then being on the reg/sho list is a good thing for us correct? The stock is restricted from being shorted and if the security fails to uphold the requirements for 5 consecutive settlement days then all short positions must be closed out.
Can you explain why this would not allow big block buys? I would imagine they would allow them so that the short positions can be closed. What am I not understanding? Matt

they only have to guarantee the set buy or sell amount and don't have to sell any blocks if they choose not to and that sucks!!! they will fill but only in partials.

man are they trying their butts off to shake out a few,they are not letting anyone buy at .0082 or below but sure as hell trying to loosen some up.jumped the ask back to .0089 and back down then back up!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its Friday and they know cover time will be short!

I still have a GTC buy set at .0082 for only 25k and still nothing,these clowns are loading up for their short position and keeping retail buyers at bay!!!!!!
