SALUDA, Va., Nov 04, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- XcelPlus International Inc. (PINK SHEETS:XLPI) (www.xcelplus.com) today announced that it has successfully completed the formation of its planned joint venture operation in Southeast Asia. XcelPlus International Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. (Asia Pacific) in Singapore will distribute and market various XcelPlus products throughout Southeast Asia, with an initial focus on Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore.
The new company is 60% owned by XcelPlus International Inc. following the acquisition by Asia Pacific of two companies in Singapore and Thailand that specialize in the distribution and marketing of automotive products. Francis Jeow and Nitiphan Uawithya, owners of the two companies, now serve as managing director and deputy managing director, respectively, of Asia Pacific. The new company already has secured a facility in Bangkok for product bottling and packaging operations. Officials of Asia Pacific are currently formalizing product distribution agreements with various retailers, dealers, service stations and other entities involved in the maintenance, servicing and repair of motorbikes, autos and trucks.

SALUDA, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)----XcelPlus International Inc (PINK SHEETS: XLPI), XcelPlus International (http://XcelPlus.com) has now released a new product that breaks from our traditional industry of automotive products. Our newest product, which is a new "Food Preservative" Anti-Microbial can be used to combat the Avian Flu virus by using it in various concentrations.
XcelPlus' FAM-415 Food Preservative is a natural "food derived synthetic" made from the finest ingredients available. This modified water based product and a proprietary special "food biocide / fungicide" conforms to all specifications of the Food and Drug Administration food additive regulations sections: CFR 21 178.3620 (B),CFR 21 573.680 and CFR 21 170.3 (N) (12).
XcelPlus' FAM-415 Food Preservative meets the specifications and requirements for use in processing plants as set forth by the former U.S. Department of Agriculture, poultry, meat, rabbit, and egg products inspection programs.

For the bird virus we are interested in controlling, you would only need to use a dilution ratio of 95 to 5 to spray the ground and a 98 to 2 ratio for the bird population. Re-apply twice a day until the condition is under control.
Also, since this is a food product being used at specified dilution ratios and the manner in which it works, nothing can develop immunities to it, making it SAFE for humans.
Various concentrations will be used to spray the pens, cages, grounds and any surrounding areas through the use of a Hudson type spray. Another concentration would be used to actually wash or spray the birds themselves topically, whether they are chickens, turkeys or ducks. By using a more diluted concentrate, birds would be safe to drink it, thus killing the virus while it is still contained within the animal's system.
We are ready to begin shipping products to Asia within the next couple weeks to begin marketing efforts there, as Asia seems to be the root of the problem globally.

(Pink Sheets: XLPI), XcelPlus International (http://XcelPlus.com) is preparing to enter into agreements for the distribution of our Asian flu products in Canada and India, in addition to new dealers and distributors in Asia through Xcelplus Asia Pacific.
Our potential new Canadian distributor has asked for an exclusive territory, being all of Canada with options for other countries.
In India, two companies and possibly a third are vying for distributorships for the countries of India and Sri Lanka due their ties there and support of Xcel's product to help fight and control the Avian Flu virus.
The managing Director for Xcelplus Asia Pacific has returned from China and has distributorship interest for Asian Flu / Sars products as well as the Xcelplus line of products for automobiles, industrial use as well as the motorbike markets.
There will be two products released for the Avian Flu virus. The first will be sprayed on the ground and cages where the birds feed and live. This product which was named Eliminator 200(TM) will also be used to spray truck and car tires that are leaving poultry farms as well as possibly vehicles entering into various countries to stop the spread of the virus across borders.
The second product is called Xcelplus FAM-415(TM) (Food Anti-Microbial) and will be marketed in two forms as a wash for the birds and as a drink that the birds can ingest. These two products used in tandem should help control the spread of the virus by killing the virus at its source. The FAM-415 should also stop the spread to humans. The virus is usually spread by direct contact with infected birds.
According to the Center for Disease Control (CDC) the Avian Flu is passed to humans through direct contact and handling of infected birds. These infected birds, ducks, chickens and turkeys pass it to each other through excretions/secretions that are contaminated with the virus.
The risk from avian influenza is generally low to most people because the viruses occur mainly among birds and do not usually infect humans. However, more than 100 human cases of avian influenza infection have been reported since 1997. Most cases of avian influenza infection in humans have resulted from contact with infected poultry (e.g., domesticated chicken, ducks, and turkeys) or surfaces contaminated with secretion/excretions from infected birds.
Infected birds shed influenza virus in their saliva, nasal secretions, and feces. Susceptible birds become infected when they have contact with contaminated secretions or excretions or with surfaces that are contaminated with secretions or excretions from infected birds. Domesticated birds may become infected with avian influenza virus through direct contact with infected waterfowl or other infected poultry, or through contact with surfaces (such as dirt or cages) or materials (such as water or feed) that have been contaminated with the virus.
Xcelplus with these two new products will be able to kill the virus at its source, on the birds where there is the most risk to humans and other birds.

This stock is fairly consistant on its rise and fall. Hope you guys made $ on this one. I'll be back in on the dip (0.012 is my entry point) I think if end of year results are good the next high point should be 0.03
