InRob Tech Ltd. to Deliver Initial Shipment of Remotely Controlled Weapon Stations; Contract Exceeds $3 Million

LAS VEGAS, Nov 3, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- InRob Ltd. (IRBL, Trade), a world leader in the development and production of advanced wireless control systems and integrated solutions for unmanned ground vehicles (UGV), today announced that it expects to deliver three proprietary Remote Control Weapon Stations (RCWS) in the coming months, with a planned follow up delivery of 300 units.
"Our customer, Israel Military Industries (IMI), is a large defense supplier," explains Mr. Ben Tsur Joseph, CEO of InRob. "IMI contracted with InRob to produce these units for one of their largest foreign clients who is acquiring the RCWS systems."
InRob's delivery of the first three units is considered the initial step in bringing their RCWS technology to the global marketplace.
"We look forward to significant growth in this market over the coming 12-18 months. Our first order will reach close to 300 units at a sales price of $11,000 per unit. This is an excellent starting point for InRob," Joseph added.
The RCWS's are desirable as they have full control of azimuth (firing angles) and elevation, creating a very versatile and flexible system for defense purposes.

The Green Baron Report is quite stunned that IRBL has not broken out to the upside yet. InRob is a leader in one of the hottest, and most necessary markets in the world. The list of uses both in the military and even in civilian companies is staggering. The potential is off the charts.
Technically, IRBL has slowly drifted back to touch our profile price of .31 per share where we see a lot of support. The news announced this morning may touch off another rally, but we understand there are potential developments still out there that could absolutely blow the lid off this stock. The Green Baron Report did not get involved with IRBL to see 30 or 40% gains. Las Vegas, Nevada, November 22, 2005 - InRob Ltd. (“InRob”) (OTC: IRBL.OB), a leader in the development and production of advanced wireless control systems and integrated solutions for unmanned ground vehicles (UGV), today announced that it has launched a project for the development of a new and highly advanced remotely controlled robot.
Design and features of the new robot, to be used in Explosive Ordinance Disposal (EOD), will be based on detailed feedback that the Company has received from potential clients over the last several months.
“We have several years of experience in marketing our smaller EOD unit,” says Mr. Joseph, CEO of InRob Tech, “called the Hornet MK-5. Since the market responded so positively to this product, we are confident in designing a new and more robust UGV. Our market research has also pointed to a real need for a larger system.”
In industry standards, the planned UGV will be a medium sized EOD system. Standard features for this system will include an arm that has at least five degrees of freedom, with lifting capacity of approximately 130 lbs when fully extended and 220 lbs when the arm is close to the chassis. In addition, the system’s turret can rotate 360 degrees and comes equipped with a camera with a pan and tilt also of 360 degrees, giving full freedom of movement and viewing during operation. It is likely that two cameras will be added with special software to enable stereoscopic viewing by the operator that is user friendly. One of these cameras will be mounted on a mast to give greater viewing freedom.
“Our planned unit will be based on Mil-Standard 461, which stands up to electrical and magnetic interference,” notes Joseph. “It will also go up stairs and work in the most difficult of ground conditions. We plan to create a proprietary driving system for this platform. You won’t find these kinds of features on the market today, though the demand is growing, simply because very few companies have the true capability of successfully building these features. InRob plans to include a control panel that is very compact and lightweight, making it easy to operate by one person, either via RF full duplex (wireless) or cables.”
The Company’s initial design will be for a battery operated unit, to be followed by a fuel driving system. The fuel system will add even greater power to the platform and bomb squads that use both units will be able to easily interchange the arm from one unit to the other. The new system will include added features, such as a shotgun and a disrupter, which is used in neutralizing bombs.
“We expect to begin development of the robot by the second quarter of 2006 following full characterization and planning,” says Joseph. “Our ongoing contact with officials in the military, homeland security and police forces has lead to this new direction. In fact, our developments will be made in full cooperation with our industry partners. As a result, we are hopeful that the market acceptance process will be significantly quicker than standard product launches.”
Upon completion of development, InRob will market this new robot to security forces, in general, and police forces, in particular. The Company will make further announcements on this new product upon completion of the planning stage.
