Cambodian Ventures Limited to acquire 25% of Canadian Bio Med Systems under letter of intent 10/26/05
Oct 26, 2005 (M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) -- Cambodian Ventures Limited (Other OTC:CMB.V) announced on Tuesday (25 October) that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire up to 25% of Canadian Bio Med Systems Inc, a provider of solutions for avian influenza A virus (Bird Flu).
Under the letter of intent Canadian Bio Med will focus on providing education, preventive and protective products, as well as anti-influenza medications.
Cambodian Ventures said that the agreement would broaden the company's focus in the regions affected by avian influenza and enable it to provide valuable products that can help prevent and control the spread of the virus among humans.
A definitive agreement is expected to be executed within the next 3-4 weeks.

Only 3 MM's sitting on the L2's premarket...I'm not familiar with this company but the Bird Flu scare is huge. I may get in at open..

Just to let everyone know This stock is a Promo stock , The guys name is Melin on paltalk. he owns an investment firm and has been telling people since last week to get into this stock because news would be comming out and well it did , I dont want to see any newbies or anyone who i have respect for like bearclaw to get screwed in this stock Alot of people are already in this stock below.003 so becarefull , this stock has no bid support at all and when it starts to fall in falls fast .... Im not saying it wont go up this AM it might but be very very carefull this stock is over bought and like i said its a Promo!!! be very very carefull last promo i saw from this guy that he wanted to get me in was CDIT it said the company would have news it did it went up quick and then got slammed down... it was at .04 when he called it and now its below .007 good luck everyone and if you wanna play it just becarefull please good luck

Well thank you Fire fightter....I didn't think there were bashers on this site...Anyone who gets into pinks or penny stocks knows the risk they are taking with their money...we don't need someone coming wanting to save us from ourselves...and how did you get here...you don't even sound like you have a vested interest in this stock...So why don't you put the suit back on Clark Kent and get back to story telling...

Thank you kewee... Exactly i nver said dont buy the stock i just advised you that it was a promo stock that all , and yes i have interest in the stock because i was considering investing in it till i talked to merlin and found out its bogos and that it was news just to get new people in and other people out .. and sometimes people can make good money if they get in quick and get out ASAP for a quick 10-20% thats all i was saying im not a basher by no means anyone that knows me on this site knows for a fact im not a basher we all know penny stocks are a risk but if the stock is a p&d or a promo you have no chance and im just trying to help ... and look i was right .0035x.0047 bid ask and if theres no buying pressure good luck trying to get out on the ask...

New base forming, wow this one got hit hard today, big spread, hugh volume, let see it settle down in the next few weeks. With only 70million out it will run fast, MM trying to hold it down for some reason today.

Cambodian Ventures Limited in Negotiations to Acquire Additional Gold Mining Interests in Cambodia Oct 26, 2005 2:29:00 PM LOWELL, MA and PHNOM PENH, CAMBODIA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 10/26/05 -- Cambodian Ventures Limited (OTC: CMBV), announced today that it has entered into negotiations for working interests in gold mining rights owned by DELCOM Cambodia Pte. Ltd.
Delcom Cambodia Pte Ltd. is a joint venture of Cambodian and Malaysian companies.
Delcom was awarded the areas of Krova, Kompong Thom province and Phnom Dek, Preah Vihea province on March 24, 1994, for gold exploration. The two areas are currently being explored, and one of the areas has had extensive survey work performed and is moving towards exploitation.
