Just got off the phone with my friend, fiancial guru, he did a quick look into EYII and the 14A.
he told what we are seeing of the price staying put at 074 is becuase MM' want more buyers, it's control of how fast it may drop. He told me we are bound to see a 10-20 loss per day for at least 12 days, and volume minimize around that time. Daytraders will me some profit, he told me watch it drop on Monday another 15%, then tuesday a flase indication of going back up, a gain of 25%, then drop the rest of next week.
He also, agrees the actions and timing of the company is weird.
He predicts a price of 04 by Friday next week

hanging at 68/69 it may hit 72, don't fall for it, just a little pump by the MM's they want your money. Don't buy, don't fall for it.
