Does anyone know the real story about this stock. Some folks say it's diluted others say it's not. What do you think?

This is one of those rare filing pink sheet stocks so the information is available. As of August 11th, they had 630 million outstanding. Not the worst by any means but they have almost 10 billion authorized, that scares me, there's got to be a reason for it. They're in default on some debentures to the tune of 1.7 million dollars too. It's no where near the worst I've seen but I'd keep a close eye on the o/s. Watch for filings that announce dilution under the guise of "employee incentive plans" aquisitions that seem bogus, etc. Also watch for their next 10-Q to compare the o/s to this current one.
