GREM USA Completes Purchase of Building GREM USA (OTCBB:GRMU) announced today that the Company has completed the purchase of a 40,000 square foot building in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
The Company closed on the manufacturing facility, which is located at 315 E. Wallace Street in Fort Wayne, IN, on November 9, 2005. The facility was purchased for 273 million shares of the Company's restricted common stock (Rule 144) and the Company has executed a mortgage guaranteeing a value of $300,000 on or before November 8, 2008 to the seller. The Company's accountants have placed a book value of $300,300 on the facility.
Edward Miers, President/CEO of GREM USA, stated, "GREM intends to honor the leases of the current occupants in the building through the remainder of 2005. This will provide us with the opportunity to continue operating out of our present facility and afford us the time to manage an efficient move into the new building. I believe the new manufacturing facility will provide the company with the additional adequate space to accommodate our transition into a mass-producer of electric and acoustic guitars."
