i like the chart at these near 52 week lows. wondering why PGPM is not participating in these penny oil & gas breakout plays like so many others are.

I am in in this one since last month. But I purchased this at 0.012 and still am under loss. Will see what happens. Does anyone has any clue for the O/S.

According to pinksheets.com, the A/S is 1,000,000,000 and the O/S is 322,720,011. I'm in this one too, also from last month, and I'm right at breakeven now. I don't know why the spike today, and haven't seen any news since Sept 16th, but whatever it is, I hope it keeps moving!

One thing is for sure that the Company is not Dumping the Stocks as I never saw much Volume since September. Also, I beleive that majority of Stocks are held by Insiders and the Float is really very small. We are now due for the news and with small volume, this will explode.
